The hallway outside our room smelled a bit like sewage. The fact there is no complimentary coffee or water in the room is sad considering the fees you charge. I was charged for something from the snack tray even though we didn't take anything. I didn't have time to go to the front desk to dispute it before leaving for the airport. It was easy to never leave everything was so accessible in the facility. I had some of the best food at the BOA and the Black Tap, and upgrading to the prestige was definitely worth it because they took care of anything and everything I could hope for. My only issue is the housekeepers touched my stuff.
