We were scheduled to stay for 2 nights. There was construction going on which ok that’s understandable. But then the 2nd night, there was a horrible smell that my wife and kids could not sleep thru. We had to pack our luggage up at 1a.m and drive back home 5 hrs away just because we could not stand the smell. I complained to the front desk and they could not do anything about the smell. I requested a refund back for that night and they told me they couldn’t give it because I ordered thru a “third” party. Never staying at the Orleans or Purchasing thru or Orbitz or Expedia again.

I lived in Vegas right on the Strip for 8 years or so and out of every casino The Orleans was and is arguably my all-time favorite spot to kick it. Out here now staying here for work stuff and they have awesome rooms, wonderful Staff across the board especially the SO NICE Housekeeping Team and a ton of great spots to grab eats. Lunch hotdogs in the sports book here is 100% a Vegas ritual for me.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard — it was clear that housekeeping did not spend enough time cleaning, and several areas looked poorly maintained. The bathroom amenities were incomplete, which was inconvenient and unexpected for the price paid. Additionally, the front desk service was far from pleasant; the staff did not seem very polite or welcoming during check-in or throughout my stay. Overall, the experience felt below expectations, and I hope the hotel can improve these areas for future guests. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I would not choose to stay here again.
