Our door to the bathroom never shut -the shower was clogged and no one ever showed up to fix it. Even after I called many time. The Place is old and it shows. Couldn’t get to our fridge we paid for and if my daughters cheer comp wasn’t there I would NEVER go back. But after many years sometimes it’s easier staying there. However I’m going back to my Fairfield by marriot

The Orleans is my go-to hotel for Vegas and the employees are friendly. Half of our floor appeared to be in construction, curious to know what's happening. The only thing I ever say is that there is no refrigerator in the rooms (not sure if all are like that). It was a great stay. thank you!

Hotel and room were decent and clean, that was about the only good thing. The front desk staff was not helpful or understanding with any concerns. I booked my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) for 2 nights about 1 month in advance, through the Orbitz app. We arrived at 9am to the check-in, which is early. The front desk said we could check-in early for $40 extra dollars or use the self check-in kiosk for free, but after 2pm. When I went to use the kiosk, I couldn't. Since I had booked with Orbitz the confirmation number could not be read by the hotel's self check-in system. Thus, was forced to use the front desk check-in service (charged $40). Then, it was unseasonably warm for March when we arrived (95°+ each day) and we requested access to the pool. The front desk lady simply said "it's closed for the season, sorry." I told her the entire reason we booked at the hotel was so that our kids could use the pool, she didn't even respond. I then mentioned how hot the weather was and that they should rethink when the pool opens. Again, no response or remorse. When walking to our room, we were told by security that a sister property would allow us to use their pool. So we took a $20 Uber over to the "sister property" to go swimming. Arrived at the sister property and we were told that we were "unfortunately misinformed" and were not allowed to use the amenities. So, another $20 Uber ride back to The Orleans. I hoped to have been credited for any of these inconvenience, but was not.
