Housekeeping did not come for two days of my stay. I called to make an appointment at 10:00am to have our room cleaned, while we were out. It was not done. I called housekeeping again. She did want to send somebody right away, but we had just got to the room. So I told her I would call her in a little bit. She then was extremely rude and said why don't you just call us when you are ready in a rude tone and did not apologize.

We loved the hotel. Our only complaint was it was so loud that we could not sleep. With that the rooms were more sound proof from outside noise.

I have stayed in the past and it is a reasonably priced hotel considering the location.... a little loud "AFTER HOURS" but that is expected in that area.
