We had the BEST stay at Elara Club!Our room was 6009 on the top floor, with a balcony! The views were out of this world. Be prepared for ear popping when going up and down the elavator, you get used to it eventually.
The room had everything! Kitchen comes stocked with utensils and pots, pans , dishes etc. microwave, stove , wine cooler. one thing that did bother me is that they empty the ice machine in the fridge between stays and that left us with an empty ice machine. We had a full washer and dryer that included soap to wash. The patio also had a sectional for outdoor seating.
Bathroom has a huge bath tub that fits two people and the water is nice and hot! Water pressure is also great.
The bedroom is large and also has floor to ceiling windows, they have roll down shades on all windows to block out light if preferred. The bed was not the best which was shocking because everything thing else was perfect.
Elevators- confusing as all get out at first. Scan card and enter floor number, then it will tell you which elevator to enter. There are no floor buttons in elevator so don’t just walk into an open one.
Bell hops and valet were awesome! I asked the front desk lady for a room facing the sphere, at first she said it would be a $50 upgrade…..then said she would give it to me anyway. I tipped her $20, she did forget to give me my drink/coffee coupons for being a Hilton honors card holder. I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked it again for next years convention.
