You'll love staying with us and our guest love coming back. Our charming apartment is the perfect getaway. It is close to The Convention Center, Lucas OIL Stadium, Bankers Life Field house & White River State Park with a beautiful flowing canal all less than 10 min away. There's so many great restaurants to choose from &There's a Great nightlife where you can enjoy a tasty cocktail and eat some delicious food. There's lots of entertaining things to do! You'll love how central this property is to everything Indianapolis has to offer!

The Space:
The apartment is upstairs and the bedroom has its own personal access to the balcony

Guest Access:
You have private access to the Entire apartment.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly and mostly families and elders.

Getting Around:
The bus route is on the main street two minutes walking distance from the Suite.
Indy go is a car share service
Uber
Taxi
There's also an Enterprise car rental location within minutes of the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
My apartment complex has been completely Remodeled in 2017.

There are two Grocery stores close by: Aldis (6691 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46219) & Save A Lot (the closest and is within 15 minutes walking distance 4 minute drive) (3739 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46201).

Also the bus route runs along the cross street with a direct stop 2 minutes from the Suite.

There's plenty of parking with a special designated parking lot directly behind the apartment complex!
