For some reason, every night between 3 & 4 am, my room phone rang with a wake up call. I told the front desk but they couldn’t stop it from happening. The front desk said it happened to other rooms also. I was staying there for a work trip and my wife was nursing a bad cold, so it was very nerve wracking, not to mention disturbing our sleep. Something needs to be done by way of compensation for the lost sleep and aggravation.

Why I chose to stay there was for price, airport shuttle, and having onsite restaurant. A few things that disappointed me:the room was cold, I checked in at 4:30pm and set the heat to 74° but it took hours just to get the room warmer at 10pm it was just 70°, when I checked out at 6:30am it the temp had gotten to 73°. In the restaurant there were only a couple of staff, so there was a delay in getting checked on during my meal. The soup was lukewarm and I had ordered a cup but was charged for a bowl. The rooms are dark, need more or brighter lights for us old folks.

The staff was very nice, but the room was just okay. The water for showers did not get hot (warm enough to not be awful) and our sink had a super loud sound unless you put it on full blast. We could also hear the sinks in the rooms by us. For some reason the venting around the hall was venting someones smoking into our bathroom. It was almost hard to be in our bathroom at times.
