Noisy it was from the airplanes flying over. DATED and needs to be updated. Breakfast was our first meal and the last one. Restaurant is pricey and food was not good. STAFF they were friendly and easy to take with. Check in was quick.

My girlfriends and I stayed here for Chreece and it was AMAZING! Spacious...clean and the staff was very helpful and attentive. I will DEFINATELY stay here again.

I booked using Orbitz rewards and paid over $100. The hotel was ok but definitely not worth the price I paid for it. There was a kids swim team checked in and they were quite noisy. Also my room was right by the elevator so I heard that all night as the kids were up and down floors. I have to say it was clean and properly maintained. It is definitely an older hotel but not too bad. If I paid 20% - 30% less, I would be happier with the hotel.

Enjoyed my stay. Would recommend to others. Don't have time to write more.

We were watching the U of K games for the final four, The staff was amazing!!

Hotel was impressive! Con: No mini fridge or microwave & website said hot breakfast. Was misleading because it was not free. I would stay here again & the price was excellent!

There was nothing that stood out as bad... Also, nothing that was extraordinary.

Can't open windows for fresh air. No safety grips in Bath tub. Way over priced for the room and dining. The staff said take it or leave it!. With a 3 month advance reservation, & assurance by our booking agent of a smoking room, we were shown a severely inappropriate room for the price we had pre-paid for our 3 night stay and were forced into the elements to smoke. We travel a lot & will NEVER stay at a Wyndham facility again!

It was ok, not bad however the cleaning crew didn't bother to wipe the tables or clean the floor 3 days even after I called front desk and complained.

This hotel is phenomenal for the price. I was not expecting to be so pleasantly surprised with all the amenities. The room is decadently and lavishly styled. There is a pool, room service, a restaurant with late hours, and even a 24 hour Starbucks. I would highly recommend this hotel for someone traveling on a budget.

only there one night - had no complaints. everything was as advertised

If your flying in and out of Indy, you can't get much closer then this. Close to all major roads. Room was just what we needed. The next time I go to Indy I wont be renting a car either(cabs are all over and reasonable). Nice place...very busy the weekend we were there but real quiet in the rooms.

I won't be back to this place. Location was good for my needs and price was right. BUT the beds (there were two in the room) were like hammocks and the internet didn't work at all. Gym facilities had a bike, elliptical and a rowing machine (and a few weights). Breakfast was not included in the "Internet price" and on site restaurant expensive as expected.

The hotel charged my card when I had already pre-paid online, small mistake but still waiting to get credited back. The hotel itself looks nice from the outside, but there are a lot of little things that could use work. For instance, my shower knobs fell off with turning them, the coffee maker didn't work (although the replaced it when asked), could easily hear people in the hallway. It wasn't an expensive place so I wouldn't have expected more, but wasn't impressed. I picked the place due to location and price and if I needed to do it again, I could without difficulty. You get what you pay for, no surprises.

Good hotel. Good rooms. Good value. Recommended this hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights while attending the Indy 500. This is a bipolar hotel. The hotel is in a great location. 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the track (with no race day traffic). The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby is nice. They have a small coffee shop open 24/7. A dedicated kiosk to print boarding passes. A free business center you can print from. A great bar/restaurant to get drinks and food. All good stuff right? But I'll never stay there again. Broken elevators, broken ice machines, broken phones in the room, broken tv remote, lobby bathrooms were closed, no refrigerators in the rooms, spotty internet (though free so not much room to complain about), broken key card reader on the door nearest our room.. you get the idea. The building just seems to be falling apart. Outside of the lobby renovation everything else seems to be about 30 years old (no exaggeration) definitely an early 80s building. So much stuff was broken I couldn't believe it. Overall experience was disappointing and would not recommend staying there.

Good hotel just needs some updating. Great for the price and good location.

Not the newest place, but the staff was great, room and common areas were spotless and very well maintained. I'll stay there again for next years FDIC. Can't beat the price and only a 10 minute ride to the convention center.

We arrived about 1am to check in. Check in was smooth and the clerk was friendly. The room was clean and more than adequate. The only complaint was the noise level. The second night there was a large group that evidently had booked most of the hotel for a high school basketball tournament. Lots of teenagers and young kids. I don't have a problem with that but when they're yelling in the hallway at 4am that's a little much. Heard others complaining of the same thing at check out the next day. All in all for the money I thought it was a nice hotel.

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear that our staff was friendly and provided a quick check in. We are disappointed that you found the restaurant expensive, with a competitive breakfast buffet priced at $10.95, including beverages. Though we have completed updates on over half of our guest rooms and recently installed corridor carpet, we are sorry to hear that you found the hotel to be dated. We do hope for your consideration in the future based on our competitive rates by staying in the airport area. Sincerely, Angela Kearney
