was not woryh $150. hotel was hard to find-main sign on building was not lighted, hotel shares parking lot with a marriott but no sign at street entry. nice desk staff. general indations that hotel is not well run- signage, hallways needed vacuuming, clock in workout room was 1 hour wrong, etc. would not stay here again

It was a very nice Hotel. The front desk person was very helpful and friendly. The area it was located seemed a little rough. It is very close to the Highway that can get you downtown very quickly. The Breakfast food was very good. The entrance to the Hotel is a little different. You have to go into the parking entrance to the Marriot then cross a bridge into the parking lot of the Fairfield. I would stay her again.

I was upgraded to their 4 Star Hotel due to the amount of guess this holiday weekend. Very pleasantly surprised and was impressed with the better connecting Hotel. Staff was very pleasant and caring. Please include the Marriott 4 or 5 star when looking in that area again. Thank you!

I spent a bit more than I meant to on this room, but I'd been on the road a long time and was tired of depressing hotel rooms. This place was what I needed: very clean, comfortable, pleasant staff, and an easy check-in process. The morning breakfast was nothing special, but considering how many four-star places provide nothing, I won't complain.

The staff goes above and beyond the call of duty. There was a room mix up and the staff accommodated me immediately.

Just stayed one night on are way traveling to destination

We had a brief tour of the adjoining property's non-connecting parking lot but then found the right entrance off 21st and checked in late just fine. The room smelled so fresh I commented on it to the desk clerk when I picked up extra towels. We had four in this room for just an overnight turnaround and all systems and spaces were great. I would only say that it would take a blizzard and subzero conditions to make all that squishy, lovely bedding necessary---we had to shed layers in November! A fine continental breakfast spread to choose from and nice "living room" area as well as computer work room--this place was good value.

Even though I was next to the elevator I never heard any noise and slept great on a clean, super comfortable bed. Not a lot of wiggle room, but had everything I needed to feel comfortable.

Had a very nice stay. Room was clean and the service was good. Stayed during the Big Ten Championship and was easy commute to Lucas Oil Stadium. Id recommend it to anyone.

The only thing wrong with the place was the AC was so loud every time it came on you had too raise the volume on the tv and sounded like water was running.... It was annoying but overall the place was really move and worth the stay.

The weekend was a absolutely do nothing but relax weekend....so for those reasons it served it's purpose. Other than staying the weekend of the Brickyard....because they used up all of the ice to fill up their coolers & a ongoing noise that happened all of friday night....the room served it's purpose.

We arrived late Friday night and saw the hotel but missed the exit, which was confusing. But other than that a nice room and good breakfast, which is the norm in my experience with Fairfield and Hampton Inns. Get off at the Shadeland Avenue and you will be fine!

swiming; hot tub ;extrasize

Nice experience. Upgraded from Fairfield to Marriott as the former was full. Nice pool/courtyard.

It was clean and nice room.

close to dining estab.

This had to be the worst trip to a hotel. There was a family of about ten children from ages 6-13 that were running through the hotel without parental supervision. They took over the whole pool/hot tub area. They were jumping over all of the fitness equipment wet. They ran up and down the halls throwing ice everywhere. It took complaining a second time for anything to be done. Then we were offered a pass to swim at the neighboring Marriott. Then given $50 off to stay at the same hotel if I stay 2 nights. Why would I want to go back there? I felt they should have taken money off of my bill. This stay was for my daughter's birthday and it took going to a different hotel for her to enjoy herself.

Maid service was excellent; king-suites were most delightful in size and amenities; third floor snack alcove should include more than just soft drinks and ice.

Check in was a breeze...in & out in less than two minutes and I was upgraded to a King suite. Easy on & off to interstate and in a safe area of town. Room was awesome...great amenities. We were at a family wedding and all over town. Easy to get around and our best map & local info. came from magazine in hotel. Great fast foods near hotel. Only 6 miles from downtown, twenty minutes from Indiana Downs and casino. Our first trip to Indianapolis & it was a great experience. Will definitely be back.

My recent stay at this hotel while attending my first Indy 500 was almost as amazing as the race itself. Despite it's name on the outside being hard to see from the road, the hotel itself is in a great location. And although everything from dining, to shopping, etc. is in close proximity, the area was very peaceful and quiet. I was surprised how clean the hotel was and my room was incredibly spotless. I will definately make this my hotel of choice whenever I go back to Indy.
