It starts and ends at the desk. I was greeted by a receptionist on her phone, had to almlst beg to get any information from her, couldnt care a less. I noticed thereafter pretty much everytime you walked past the desk they were playing on there phones. Only one member of staff that was remotely helpful on the desk. The bedding and bath towels all smelled like they were damp. Greeat location, modern hotel let down by some really poor staff.

Hotel is conveniently located for walking around town. Rooms are fine with everything you would need. I liked the bar patio area, was a nice place to hangout at night with a drink. The only gripe was the the parking over night was expensive.

I stayed here for a Pacers game and the location of the hotel was perfect. The room was clean & the all of the staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Indianapolis
