The location was central for our needs.

Rooms are small. TV needs to be updated takes too long to turn on. No wifi instructions. No comp water.

When i booked i was supposed to have a street view but only had alley and parking garage. Also no glasses or cups in the room. Wanted coffee but none available in the lobby also parking is very expensive and should be free with hotel bookings or more resonable.. best part was the breakfast. Don't take advantage of special events. Events and hotels and food a day off from work all adds up to a small fortune. Will have to save up to enjoy other event like this one. Anyway thanks for your understanding. Just an average man trying to enjoy a couple days off with his daughter and make a honest living! Stay safe my friends!!!

Great location and great view from my window. The room exceeded my expectations.

Forty-five minute wait for check in was ridiculous. You knew there was a concert and had a full house. How were you caught off guard? Then the room wasn’t ready although check in was to be 3Pm, and we checked in finally at 4:30. Don’t promise what you can’t keep. Once checked in there was no room service. Only one bartender, who was doing a great job though overwhelmed. It took another 30 minutes to wait in line to get two mixed drinks. Breakfast on Sunday - no forks, no spoons, no sugar for coffee. Please explain to me why I paid $350 for one night to get the same level of service as a poorly run sleep cheap. The staff tried their best, but management failed them and their customers. If you can’t serve a full house, DON’T FILL THE HOTEL!!!!! RENT OUT WHAT YOU CAN HANDLE! NEVER GOING TO STAY THERE AGAIN! MAY NEVER STAY AT HYATT ANYWHERE AGAIN! WILL TELL ANYONE PLANNING TO STAY DOWNTOWN TO AVOID YOUR HOTEL! ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

Great location and amenities provided. Parking fees are outrageous.

Nice place. Parking next to the hotel was very convenient. The room was nice, roomy and clean. The fridge was not very cold when we arrived, we had to manually change its temperature and luckily it got cold soon enough (we were coming from a long road trip and we had food that needed refrigeration). The pool was awesome, it is in the 15th floor: all around was well kept and clean and the bathrooms have showers. Breakfast was good and they had their deck open; it was nice to eat outside on a nice summer morning. Warning though: there is a lot of construction going on right now, so you will encounter noise and dust. The location can't be beat... it is in the heart of downtown.... you can easily walk to a nice restaurant, or a bar, or even a cute pastry shop right next door.

We were a little disappointed because we had paid for a room with 2 queen beds and a city view and what we got was a king with a sleeper sofa. The front desk apologized and said they didn’t have the room available Orbitz advertised. So that was a little frustrating, but the king bed was very comfortable and worked well for me and my husband. Our kids weren’t thrilled with the sofa bed. The room was also very small. The hotel itself was very nice and new, but the area around it was very loud. Not Hyatt’s fault, but it sounded like cars were drag racing all night on the street below. Even on the 11th floor it was very loud. The breakfast buffet was very good and got us off to a great start to the day.

Very nice clean room with great view & amenities. Nice furnishings, towels, shower, comfy king bed etc. Awesome location close to everything even though noisy & kinda dirty outside nearby. Appreciated the complimentary daily hot buffet breakfast but it was literally the same foods everyday, would be nice if they switched up various items daily. Check-in people were not friendly or welcoming at all nor informative, so was hoping that was not indicative of the property overall. Check-out person was very nice however, and a couple other staff I connected with were nice & helpful. Will stay again, enjoyed.

Employees were all great from check in, to the restaurant, to the billing dept. Pool was very fun for my daughter. Thats the main reason we choose this location. We stayed the night before my daughter was scheduled for surgery at Riley Children's Hospital. Once we told check in employee, he gave us a free parking pass called ProCare Card. They alsk have different rates for families staying because of a hospital stay. Once we laid down for the night the vent was blowing out air that smelles like Marijuana. It was like someone was smoking next to where the air was being generated.

Property was clean and staff was courteous. I don’t usually stay here when in Indianapolis but was satisfied.

Nice Nice Nice Nice Nice Nice Nice Nice Nice Nice Nice Nice

The property is very nice and clean. The staff is very welcoming and professional. My overall stay was nice. I wasnt able to use amenities do to the coronavirus. It would hve definitely been a bonus.

Our car was broken into and paid for over night valet. Items we are stilling finding that’s missing. No reason our doors should’ve been left unlocked when we paid 37.00 for valet. This was disappointing and wasn’t worth the stay. We could’ve stayed somewhere else parked our own car and would still have our items and cash

Clean and quiet property. Staff were friendly. Really long walk from parking garage and they raises their parking rates because of a pacers game. It’s was $28 to park in the hotel garage- not ideal

It was a great location. Rooms were nice and roomy

We waited two hours for check in. We were told that they would text us when our room was ready. We went to Pivot, the restaurant at the hotel. We got our food before our drinks. 20 minutes to get three drinks. I let the manager know as he was going around checking on the tables. He didn’t even offer an apology or a beverage on them. He just made excuses. The next morning we talked to the hotel and they paid for our parking for the inconvenience of the wait to check in. Location was convenient, hotel was clean, staff was okay.

Glad you enjoyed the amenities and location. As for our parking fees they are in line with all the other hotel in downtown. We are such a great walking city you really don't need a car.
