The shower on the room had clearly not been cleaned in between guests. There was hair in several locations in the shower. The valet was extremely unhelpful upon our arrival. I was stopping at the hotel on a road trip and had a child on crutches, dogs, and another child and they were unwilling to let me unload my car in the front of the hotel. I had to go into the garage and back and forth on two different elevators several times just to get situated. If the valet had just allowed me to unload my suitcases with my son on crutches, it would’ve saved a lot of hassle. On a positive, we had a great experience at the seafood restaurant.

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke when we walked in. The hotel was sold out so we tolerated it for the 3 day stay. The bathroom shower had hairs all over. Always love the Hyatt but this was a huge disappointment. Location was a plus.

Came down for FDIC and the hotel was beautiful! Blew my fiancé away with the valet parking and the room! Would stay here again if the opportunity arises!!

This hotel is in a great location in downtown Indy. Right across the street from the Gainbridge field house and it’s a good view. Other than that nothing is really great about this hotel. The rooms are small, the staff made a point that the pool was heated and it was not. The elevators were very squeaky and shaky. Overall I would say only book this hotel if you are planning to attend a game at Gainbridge field house or you are going to the bars that are within walking distance otherwise it is very overpriced.

Sheets were dirty upon folding over comforter to sleep( some hairs and weird smears). We also had housekeeping knock on our door at 9am waking up our children…not sure what the purpose was as they apologized right away. The pool could use a cleaning as there was some hair in water. Front desk was awesome and very accommodating as we were traveling with special needs children! Would definitely stay again minus the opening interruption.

Great location to Gainbridge, wonderful, convenient hotel, but street noise on the weekend from our 15th floor Pennsylvania Ave. room woke us a couple of times throughout the night. Excellent Breakfast, clean, great location hotel!

Stayed there due to location was right across the to the field house where I was seeing an event my room was dusty. Looks like it really wasn’t clean very well spots on the shower door the laundry plastic bag that they give you was pre-used had holes in it and smelled.

Great location directly across the street from Gainbridge! Everyone was friendly, the hotel room was very clean. The continental breakfast was the best I've ever had with lots of options. Would definitely stay here again.
