This was a clean property in a good location. Appearance nice and bed firm.
The front desk staff was great. The breakfast area was clean. Carpets are dirty. There was a stain on the shower curtain. Our room key,as well as other guests, had to have their room keys reactivated. They just need to buy new ones. Needs updating.
A little pricey but a great place to stay.
Convenient to JFK Airport; staff helpful. Coffee-maker didn't work, but got coffee from restaurant.

The room was clean and the complimentary breakfast was a plus, but the beds were small and uncomfortable. I'm 5'11'' and my feet were hanging off the end of the bed, I've never experienced that in a hotel bed before.

the location is excellent for access to long island and expressways. i was on the first floor and could hear trucks on sunrise highway all night. i stayed 4 nights so had no change of towels or clean up. there was a note in the room advising that maid service would be every 5 days.
We really enjoyed our stay . First and foremost the hotel was clean . The staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast was good and they were very accommodating. We will certainly stay there again .
Rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious... hotel doesn't have too many amenities, but is conveniently located near a good amount of restaurants and shopping... also free onsite self parking. Only gripe would be that the in room TV is small and not the best picture quality
The main staff member I interacted with was attentive and amazing. On a couple of occasions to request sugar in coffee for the machine in the room and it wasn't until the third request which happened to be on my 4th day of stay that I was accommodated. And the TV it's so tiny that if you're not sitting on top of it you won't be able to see it so my suggestion would be that they put bigger TVs in these rooms my computer screen is 27in I'm guessing that TV was a little smaller than that. No issues with finding parking
