the staff was very nice

When we wake up 6 in the morning bathroom was full of water, we weren’t able to take a shower. Upon check out front desk gave us manager s number , not able to reach him/her. I called several times he/she wasn’t there and left my phone number noone call me back. Waste of money

Room smelled horribly of smoke. The room was clean but smelled awful. There were zero amenities including breakfast

No heat in 20 degrees!! Told me If I don’t like it check out when I just had paused to check in. Offered me extra blankets. The door didn’t close properly and there was wind coming through the door. Fruit flies and the blankets smelt like smoke awful!

Nice hotel. No view, great service. Okay for this area, if this is where you need to Be. But it’s a bit off the beaten path if you don’t know the area.

Total rip off. Here's why: Check-in - Delayed by 2 hours. They said the stove in the room we booked was broken and wouldn't be ready until the evening, but suddenly, 20 mins later, everything was fine. Dirty - Mold growing on bathroom ceiling; other people's hair clumped on bathroom ceiling and shower wall; kitchen cupboards full of crumbs; stove knobs and oven were sticky, greasy, and grimy; there was a hole in the bathroom door and a hole in the bedroom wall. Patio furniture was broken, disgusting, and unusable. Broken appliances - Broken bedside lamp and safe, plus half the buttons on the remote control didn't work, all of which we reported. Staff was only able to fix the safe. No amenities - Kitchen was totally empty, not even a sponge. Some sites say there's a pool but there isn't. Patio furniture was unusable. No info on the wifi, cable, etc. The outdoor pics on their site are actually of the expensive restaurant next door, which played loud music until 11 pm, making it impossible for my kid to sleep. Terrible service - Lots of lies from check-in onward. The worst part was that after I complained, an employee offered a discount (I didn't ask for this), but when I inquired about it later, the manager was on vacation and nothing could be done. When I got angry, suddenly he was in a meeting and would be back in a few hours to call me. Never did. I emailed and called, no response except one sentence via Orbitz. Nothing since then. Don't waste your money!

The view of the marina, the walking distance to restaurants and stores

Property still unfinished in areas/ as in moulding and random box with something in it in the bathroom. Bed sheets werent changed/ had to change them myself. When I called down for the bed sheet they said no cleaning staff were on site and to bring sheets down and exchange. TV control did not work for volume and channels were block by parental control/ history channel and animal planet.

The bathroom was wonderful!! Except for the 9am wake up call of men pounding and fixing things.

Was told no hot water available for 3 days at check-in. There was barely ANY water coming from the shower. It was literally just droplets of water no stream. Took 5 minutes just to fully wet my hair.

Great option to stay after day on beach, or attending a concert. Just renovated rooms, great cafe and bar next for, right on water, canal view from top floor. Just needs a few finishing touches: no coffeemaker in a room, breakfast area is literally on the street. At least would also be nice to have complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby

Location was great. Old hotel. Needs some new furniture and a serious cleaning. I would not stay here again.

Stayed there for almost a week after I have moved out. Decent hotel, nice bed and great shower. The room was not the cleanest though when we checked in but they cleaned it upon our request. I would go again

Sunday nights there is a live band at the restaurant Margaritas that starts around 4pm-10:30pm. Our room was right on top of the band. Not bad, huge bathroom!

This place is close to everything we need when we are on Long Island. Close to our relatives and close to the train.
