The room was big for a downtown hotel, but the air conditioner didn't work very well and it felt stuffy no matter how low I set the temperature.

nice large room, and bath, was a nice stay, not sure would stay downtown again , a bit noisy, but it was a Friday night

The location was good and the room was large and well appointed

Very nice stay at the Hilton in downtown Indy. Room was very spacious and the bed was very comfy. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Great location.

It was fine for a night. The parking garage is a bit of a mess!

Easy access and quick check in. Very friendly staff. Wonderful, spacious room.

Great location, very clean room, staff was over the top in hospitality, room price was a little steep as was the parking garage fee, which in my opinion for the room cost should have been included. A free car wash to remove the construction dust from the garage renovation would also have been nice.

Nickle and dime you on everything. No price is what you are led to believe. But the staff was good and the room was great, clean, etc.

Great place to stay! The room was clean. The pool was clean and warm. The breakfast was delicious. The parking is attached to the hotel.

The hotel staff was great, and they were all available at any time. The bathroom floor was dirty and our room had no refrigerator or microwave so all of our leftover food from dinner had to be thrown out.

The room was very clean. Liked the sink in the bathroom and one outside the bathroom. Poor lighting. Did not like that parking and breakfast were added costs. Wi-fi was to be another added cost according to Orbitz, but a voucher was given to me. Staff very nice. Heat control not great. Location close to food and attractions. More likely to pick someplace else with free breakfast next time. That's a big deal to someone who routinely eats breakfast - even if it is toast or yogurt.

Great staff very comfortable beds loved our room pool was nice and location was convinent

When we booked there was no mention of the pool being closed for remodel. Our kids were expecting a pool and we were not happy when the first time we heard that it was closed was after check-in. It would have been nice to receive notification of this in advance. We were told we could use the pool at a nearby hotel, requiring us to walk a few city blocks with our pool gear. This pool happened to be the worst pool I've ever seen; it was sad and in disrepair. I took pictures, but won't post them here since it wasn't at the Hilton, but at the hotel they sent us to swim. When we booked we also requested a rollaway bed. It wasn't in the room at check-in. After asking the front desk 4 times over the next 5+ hours, we received the rollaway bed but were told they don't come with a pillow unless requested, so we received a pillow upon request. I would stay there again if the pool was open.

Everything was great and staff friendly it was one of the best properties I've stayed at

The hotel is in a great location downtown. The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I prepaid for my room through Orbitz. After checking in, I received a credit card notification email about a large charge. The hotel had authorized the cost of the room plus deposit . When I initially called downstairs , they were not very helpful and told me that I needed to deal with Orbitz. I called Orbitz and they called the hotel and corrected it . I then received an apologetic call from the manager Carly. She told me to come down in the morning so that we could call the CC company to have the authorization dropped . When I tried this in the morning, it didn't work. Capital one said that the hotel had to reverse, but the hotel didn't . Not a big deal because I only use CC to check in and planned to use cash for my weekend . The lady at the desk (forgot her name) was very apologetic and asked if the staff the night before had compensated me in any way which they had not . She gave me and my friend breakfast for our 3 days and me a free night for future stay . My room was very comfy and nice except for the tub. I couldn't tell if it just needed better cleaning or was just so outdated that it looked dirty. I'm guessing the latter. All in all, I enjoyed my visit to Indianapolis. My friend just moved here and I suppose I will visit her again and would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. I never complained about the tub because I was more concerned about making sure I wasn't double charged for my stay.
