Great staff... however, the property was not the best. We saw the same mounds of garbage piled around the cans in the parking garage over 2 days. Pool had no towels. Toilet flushed so hard it splashes water all over the seat and floor. Using hot water in the bathroom made the walls shake like a train coming through the room. Room windows were perhaps never cleaned. Parking garage did not work with room key, and when leaving the garage, you must use a room key that also didn't work. Called the front desk twice before someone came out to lift the gate. Literally 15 minutes later and were able to leave the garage.

A pretty good overall stay. Room was a little dated and the water supply was constantly hot - very difficult to get it run cold or even lukewarm. Nice front counter staff, pretty helpful and cheerful. The valet staff are another matter - lot of sullen, inattentive people you've got there, apart from perhaps one young lad who was honest with his ability. He admitted he was on his own and that he couldn't drive stick - didn't want to damage my vehicle, so he came to find me. I honestly appreciated the candour! It was refreshing. Again overall not a bad experience. Just a little underwhelming in areas.

We stayed 3 nights without any problems. Our room was 20 feet from a bank of elevators and we heard them all night . Other than that , the room was modern, clean,and well taken care of.
