The hotel is in a great location downtown. The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I prepaid for my room through Orbitz. After checking in, I received a credit card notification email about a large charge. The hotel had authorized the cost of the room plus deposit . When I initially called downstairs , they were not very helpful and told me that I needed to deal with Orbitz. I called Orbitz and they called the hotel and corrected it . I then received an apologetic call from the manager Carly. She told me to come down in the morning so that we could call the CC company to have the authorization dropped . When I tried this in the morning, it didn't work. Capital one said that the hotel had to reverse, but the hotel didn't . Not a big deal because I only use CC to check in and planned to use cash for my weekend . The lady at the desk (forgot her name) was very apologetic and asked if the staff the night before had compensated me in any way which they had not . She gave me and my friend breakfast for our 3 days and me a free night for future stay . My room was very comfy and nice except for the tub. I couldn't tell if it just needed better cleaning or was just so outdated that it looked dirty. I'm guessing the latter. All in all, I enjoyed my visit to Indianapolis. My friend just moved here and I suppose I will visit her again and would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. I never complained about the tub because I was more concerned about making sure I wasn't double charged for my stay.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was roomy and comfy. They have a very nice bar and spa. Parking is included and the parking garage is attached to the hotel. It's a perfect location for all down town activities. Indianapolis has made their downtown great. The hotel is 1 block from the Capitol Building and across the street from our favorite resturaunt Hyde Park Prime. There are several other bars and restaurants within short walking distance. We will stay here again!

Spacious room, nice workout and pool was decent size.

The hotel is convenient to the center of town and thus close to much that Indy has to offer. The facilities were top notch, the room was spotless and the staff both professional and helpful. The only downside was the cost to valet my car overnight ($40!). You may find less expensive parking nearby.

Very nice all around except the hallway smells funny. Not nasty but funky.

Hotel was the perfect spot to stay for the Women's 1/2 marathon. Just a quick walk down the block to the start line. Room was nice. Plenty of room for getting ready.

This hotel was perfect. It was right in the middle of downtown and within walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. The staff was accommodating towards us, and every time we left and came back the room was spotless. It's a little pricey, but I'd definitely stay here again.

Facilities were excellent...typical higher end hotel and you might expect with a Hilton. I was not disappointed in the care...room size was quite large. Since I stayed at a convention price the room rate was reasonable.

The room was perfect , visited many local restaurants . Went to a convention and watched a movie at the downtown theatre . Had a nice time will be back next year

This Hilton is gorgeous. Very comfortable beds & spacious bathroom. Highly recommend

Great location. Great spaces in rooms - suites and regular. Starbucks in lobby. 18th floor workout room. Cons: not very clean after room service, no refrigerator (had two kids that needed things refrigerated), shower leaked onto floor no matter what I did. Pool is so tiny, but at least they had one. NIce beds but no king beds (or at least they said there weren't any) in the suites. We also could not regulate the temperature. We were either freezing or sweating. Staff valets and concierge were great. Front desk was a bit stiff and unwelcoming.

A beautiful property, and conveniently located. Other than these following two issues, I would say the experience was fine: My bathroom wasn't 100% clean, and when I was accidentally given another customer's bill at checkout and pointed it out, the person working at the front desk snatched it out of my hands and did not apologize or thank me for staying at the hotel. In fact he was kind of rude and dismissive instead, which was a disappointing end to the stay. Next time I would spend a bit more money and stay at another comparably priced hotel.

It was nice to getaway to such a clean & welcoming place. The pool & spa were wonderful too!

Clean rooms, professional staff. They provided complimentary wifi when the check in line was long. Very well handled.

I came to Indianapolis for a conference and booked late. I hadn't realized that I reserved a suite considering the cost (coworkers stayed in a regular room at the Hilton Gardens for about $20 less per night than I). The suite was definitely too large for one person but I could see this being perfectly comfortable for a family of 4. Added plus: thermostat goes down to 55°! The only drawback is the connecting door to the next room. I could hear the gentlemen's conversation (good ole boys gentlemen that is) and I'm sure they can hear all my involuntary body noise as well.

Staff was wonderful, however, hotel was just okay. Room, bedding, etc smelled very musty. No literature in the room or looby offering information about the city, restaurants or things to do.

The room was a great size, beds were clean and comfortable, and location couldn't be any better. The only disappointment was not having a microwave. We went for a Bachelorette party so we had tons of dinner leftovers to put in the fridge in our room. After a long night we returned to the room starving, but quickly found out there wasn't a microwave. We decided to order from the limited late night menu that consisted mostly of snacks and desserts. We wanted FOOD so we ordered the only large item, a chicken wrap. We received a call a minute later saying they were out of wraps so we were left to order chili. The chili tasted fine but was not what we wanted after a night of drinking. Everything else was great and I would book again keeping in mind the lack of a microwave.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff made for a great 1 night stay downtown Indy.

Good check in process. I asked and also received a free up grade. The room was spacious however the TV did not work well even after 2 attempts from the maintenance staff.
