The room was a nice size. And their fitness center was just right. Staff was very accommodating.
Clean room
For a 10 day trip it was a nice location and nice size room/space to be able to cook own meals and not eat out every day. The front desk was rarely staffed and you needed to wait for service. Check-in was subpar - nothing explained, prices not confirmed - just poor service. Whirlpool in the pool area did not work properly. We had a suite with separate bedroom, however the A/C vent did not allow cool air to get in there so it was uncomfortable temperature for sleeping. Only 1 elevator for 4 floors...we were in town for a bowling event (many of which we saw at this hotel) so it was inconvenient to have to carry bags/belongings up and down stairs multiple times a day.
I liked the kitchen in the rooms. The pool and hot tub were highly Chlorinated it burned my eye
The rooms were nice and clean, had a full size fridge and a stove. Something that would be very helpful if traveling with children or if your on an extended stay in the area. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Good amenities with refrigerator and cooking ability.
It was an overnight stay with the luxuries of home.
Suite was like an efficiency apartment. Full kitchen plus dishes and utensils. A nice little store on the first floor. Very quiet. Highly recommend.
The hotel was awesome! Staff was great they called to make sure I was ok when I arrived. They were very helpful would definitely stay again !
