Close to family so we picked here to stay. Check in was easy and front desk personnel were pleasant. Staying two night and this is first night. It is quiet and appears clean. They have a breakfast so will check it out tomorrow but so far we are pleased with hotel. Very convenient to grandkids so would stay here again.
Horrible beds: hard as rock with a too-small comforter and sheets that sound like they are lined with plastic! Phone was broken, alarm clock was broken. Smallest flat-screen TV I've ever seen. Useless bathroom fan and weak hair dryer. Breakfast was adequate, but selection really wasn't great. So happy to be leaving!
This location is easy to get to from I-65 south. It is also easy to get to I-74 from this location. The hotel was very clean and they have a very adequate breakfast. Unfortunately we needed a walk in shower and didn't get one.
Me and my wife had stayed at your hotel in January. Our stay was on Friday and Saturday in January. I booked both nights on points under two different reservations. Both nights were for the same type room a king bed with a jacuzzi tub. We had originally planned to stay just Saturday night but due to weather we had to come up earlier than expected on Friday night. This is why I booked a 2nd reservation for Friday night. When I checked into the hotel I explained to the front desk agent that I had booked two separate reservations for the same room type for that night and for the next night. They assured me we could stay in the same room and they would leave a note at the front desk. So I assumed we were all good. We placed a do not disturb sign on the door but housekeeping ignored it. They knocked on the door around 9:30 waking both me and wife up. This was very frustrating as we were traveling from out of town and did not check into the hotel until pretty late Friday night. I did not make it to the door before they had went into another room. I tired to call the front desk on multiple times over the next 15 minutes without an answer. So I decided to go down to the front desk to speak with that person. He ensured me again everything was fine and we are good to stay in the same room. I went back up to room and we went back to bed leaving the do not disturb sign on the door. Less than an hour later house keeping comes to knock back on the door. My wife woke me up and before I could get to the door the house keeper had already opened the door. I was standing beside the bed naked still trying to put my cloths on. What if we would have been in the middle of something? I do however feel that all of this should have been avoided with better communication. The hotel GM is not very helpful or understanding. He did not listen to my full concern and essentially blamed me for the issue.
We stayed here for two nights. I got a great rate on Triple A, and I was pleased with the rate and the hotel. It seems to be an older hotel but is clean and the staff was friendly. Our beds were nice and comfortable, and there is free breakfast and WiFi included in the price of the room. Typical breakfast of cereal, yogurt, eggs, sausage, waffles and pastries, and fruit. Coffee is always available. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room as well as a small safe. There was a table with two chairs where you can sit and work or get organized. There are a few restaurants within walking distance to the hotel, and we chose to eat at the Texas Roadhouse both nights since it is directly across the parking lot. Comfortable stay for not a lot of cash.
For an inexpensive hotel, I would say it was fine. It was clean, and the free continental breakfast was what you would expect. The food was hot, and plentiful. The pool area was lacking, and the beds weren’t the most comfortable, but they weren’t the worst either. On a budget, I would stay here again.
The beds are terrible!!! Very hard and uncomfortable. I went to the front desk to request another room, the rude lady said really all our beds are new. I replied then you must have bought the cheapest mattress on the market. All the hotels in the area were booked up because of a tournament. If i could have went elsewhere i would have. I was offered no partial refund no credit nothing. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP!!!
Nice exit with lots of dining options. Room was nice and clean but the arm chair was missing. The fridge had a freezer compartment-to refreeze our ice packs. That was handy. Nice breakfast with cheese and salsa available to add to the scrambled eggs and other nice touches.
While on the road we needed a place to stay for the night. As a last minite decision this place was one if the few available. The night clerk was friendly and helpful. Our room however was another story. While clean it smelled musty and the aircondtioner wasn't very good. The refrigerator had been turned off and the shelves were all missing. The free breakfast was your typical continental style. I don't think I would stay here again.
Usually Quality Inns are great places at a good value, but I was pretty taken aback by our room at this locale. The bathroom area had an unusual odor... mold...? and the sitting area smelled of urine (no question there).
