Stayed over Thanksgiving and had a good visit. We didn’t take advantage of the happy hour but we enjoyed the breakfast, pool and the rooms were clean and stocked with everything you need, we will stay again.

As to be expected this is a great location. The Monday through Wednesday socials and free breakfasts make the trips easier and cheaper. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The service was friendly and the location was clean and safe.

I found this to be a very clean place to stay. I enjoyed the separate rooms with their own full bath facilities. The bed was quite comfortable.. with a large choice of pillows. TVs in each room as well as the living room. The kitchen was well equipped. A very comfortable place. All staff was personable.

We stayed at this same location the same time last year and they were renovating then and it seems they didn't get very far. Still in the same shape. The people on the desk are very rude and could care less if you stay there or not. Very disappointing that they have the same attitudes as last year. Will never stay at this location again.

Two couples chose this place because of their golf/stay package. We had no idea where we were staying. Sometimes those surprises just make a get away extra special. The hotel is very easy to get to. The entrance is clean and he staff welcomes us with huge smiles. The rooms are plenty big with a small kitchenette fully stocked. The full size refrigerator was nice. There is plenty of room for two people. The hotel has washer and dryers available le and we saw many guests using the facilities. Every morning there is a hot delicious breakfast featuring waffles, egg dishes, egg pizza, fruit, yogurt, juices and breakfast breads, there is plenty of options including oatmeal. On Monday, Tuesday and W dneaday nights there is also a delicious supper. One night we had huge turkey wraps with all he fixings and the next night we had hot dogs, brats and hamburgers with all he fixings. Wine and beer are included as well. There is a nice courtyard and swimming pool. The staff is so nice and we feel like we are leaving friends tomorrow, mthe front desk had two employees who made our stay extra special. Kim and Maureen helped us with directions and suggestions and we feel they went the extra mile. This place is a gem and we will stay at more Staybridge Suites in the future. Keep up the good work.

Pretty clean and reasonable priced hotel in Fishers, IN. We were very satisfied with our short vacation. In town for a wedding. Tiffany was a fantastic hostess and ensured our room met our expectations. Originally, we were assigned to a room with an issue with the tub lining but she quickly moved us to a better suite. Also, the hot breakfast is an excellent plus at no additional cost. We truly enjoyed the bed and experienced "total rest" as in good night sleep.

I was working a wedding yesterday and the bride got ready at this hotel. The room itself was nice, although small, but if anyone has severe allergies, I'd avoid this property. I was very disappointed when I saw visible mold in the a/c vent in the hallway. (See photos) It looks like a thorough HVAC cleaning is much needed. Management really needs to make sure there's no water damage that could be causing mold in the building too.

While staff at this property quite hospitable the physical condition of hotel from common areas to sleeping rooms to elevator in very poor shape. I expected more from this property because of Staybridge brand and location.

This hotel was booked for me as part of a business trip. I have stayed at a Staybridge before and had good experiences. Can't say the same thing about this stay. The hotel is located in a good spot. It's near the interstate and HW 31. That's about the best part of this hotel. The hotel itself is very dated and worn. The carpets are folded and dirty. There are broken tiles, ripped wallpaper, etc. The back doors to the hotel wouldn't work with your key. There is a fitness center. It is also the laundry facility. I was afraid to do anything in there. There is a nice courtyard in the center of the building with seating. That was probably the only spot of the hotel I liked. Parking was difficult as the have large trucks and storage containers taking up many spots in the back. Hopefully they are there as a start to a major reno. The room was large, but again very dated. There was a separate sink from the bathroom with lots of counter space. There is also a small kitchen. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were super tiny. It was weird. The coffee table was actually two bed nightstands put next to each other. You can tell house keeping does a good job cleaning. The room was clean, feel of hair and dirt. But the carpet still looked old and nasty. I was not comfortable walking around in bare feet at all. The staff was friendly but did not communicate well. For example, to get into your room, you need to turn the door handle up. We spent 10 minutes trying to get into our room before we went back to the front desk. We we're then told that we weren't opening the door right. That would have been helpful to know when we checked in. Overall, this hotel is in need of a major update. Iwhile it met our bare needs in terms of a bed to sleep in and place to shower, we won't be back.

I have stayed here no less than 6 times. Rooms are always great: clean, spacious, comfortable for lengthy stays. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is better than average. Dinner is served, along with beer. But...the hallway carpets are stained, seems like the AC doesnt work in the public areas/hallways, it appears rundown. Replace some carpet, paint and upgrade the mechanicals and this would be a superstar.
