It's a great location and value for anyone participating in the NFL Combine.

Most floors seemed recently updated. Love the corner suite. Pillows were terrible. Please invest in a pillow that actually supports your head.

Had high expectations when I found this place maybe that’s why I felt let down when I arrived at the hotel? The parking is located adjacent and convenient however the elevators were nasty. The hotel entrance looked full and gloomy. Reception staff was very nice and helpful. Let’s be honest, it’s a very old building that’s been renovated. Elevator was accessible and fast. The room was spacious and clean but no complimentary water which is strange. Coffee maker was a joke. TV and furnitures were nice and clean . I was disappointed when I got a portable play yard when asked for a crib! Breakfast was good and check out process was smooth. Overall a decent hotel, probably 2.5 stars only coz the price doesn’t justify the stay. One more thing- the location is ideal so that’s a plus.

Everything was great except parking wasn't free...

It was great, so close to everything. They had great amenities.

I remain an enthusiastic Embassy Suites future resident despite this site fall short of the ES standard. We ended stay prematurely and opted for a suite at the Sheraton. I will now add Sheraton to our rotation of hotels for vacation and business travel.

Conveniently located Downton. Good access to shops, eateries and interstates.

Our room wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be, we had to wait 3+ hours past the point when it was supposed to be ready with 2 small children. When I asked for a discount on the room, they said they couldn’t do that because I booked through orbitz and not them

Indoor pool area needs serious attention! The rest of the hotel seems very nice and updated but the pool area was awful.

Very nice open concept nice views only downfalls were parking garage and the long waits for elevators

Quick and easy checkin Staff was kind and friendly

Check in time 4pm.we arrive at 6pm and are told our room isn't ready.offer pass cards to prove we're staying there to redeem for free drinks at the bar with the 100 other people there waiting. Was told by the bartender that with the ffa convention the night before they had 6 kids per room and were struggling to get all the rooms cleaned. I don't see how that matters, you clean the room regardless of how many are in it.

Staff seemed overwhelmed and short at check in- check out was better. Room needed a good dusting, sweep, and mop; there was a a lot of debris on the floor. Lamp shade was tipped. Coffee station at front desk always empty. These are very small but they all sort of added up to a “just ok” experience. Overall it just seemed like the hotel was too crowded for staff to keep up with and they were feeing it. Pool temp was good and beds were comfy. Parking very convenient for the purpose of our stay.
