Our room was nice and clean we all loved it. Wish there was a button you could push on the elevator when it is full so you don't have to stop at every single floor. There was several occasions where our elevator was full and we had to stop 5 or more times to get to bottom. The only other complaint I have is the pool water was merky we couldn't see the bottom of the pool nor the hot tub. My kids were playing with toys and we had a hard time finding them, they had to put goggles on and scale the bottom of the pool to find them all. The hot tubs were disgusting they had a smell to them and in the bubbles that would build up you could see dirty filth in the bubbles.

Hotel is nice and breakfast was good. Great location

Loved the free managers happy hour with heavy hors d’oeuvres and drinks!! The breakfast was fantastic as well!

Me and my wife spent our 15TH anniversary here at this hotel. When we arrived and checked in they where friendly and quick. But after that started the endless issues. The first issue we had is they had Construction going on and the workers where holding the elevators. It took us almost ten minutes just to get a ride up. When we arrived to our room it was amazing until we walked into the room where our beds where. I had booked a king bed and apparently the manager that Checked us in knew that but did not care to ask us if a two bed room was ok. My wife loved the room enough to over look it and stay until we started finding Bugs! all over the room so we Immediately left the room. Once we made it downstairs the guy at the desk didn't seem to care there was bugs in the room but still offered to find us a room. after waiting a small amount of time we made our way back up and waited another 10 mins for the elevators. We get up to our less amazing and smaller room. But my loving wife did not want it to ruin our night because we where heading to our first ever Pacers game. The room they had put us in was still dirty and was smaller then the room they had put us in first also had a light fixture hanging out of the ceiling. The next morning as we where eating our cold cook to order breakfast my wife was making a cup of coffee and found another bug in the bottom of her cup. I would Not recommend this Hotel to anyone and the good friend the recommended me to this hotel will not be st

Renovations Activity was very evident in the hallways and, entrance and lobby. Room was fine once you got there.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. We had to meet friends for a weekend and this suite was perfect for our stay. Rooms were clean, spacious and we loved the morning breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay there they have a dream breakfast every morning. It’s close to restaurants and convention center. Small fitness room. Hotel staff was friendly. You pay for parking $22 a day as of 10/9/17 I was under the impression that parking was free because I got a ticket to park but the front desk guy said no Hotel guest parking is free just when you leave give them the ticket and show them your embassy Suite parking pass. I now think he just meant I can come and go without paying. But you’re charged to your room $22.00 a day. My only complaint was that house keeping needs to vacuum. When I first got there I noticed a red hair on the carpet, I don’t have red hair and the next time they cleaned the room there was a French Fry and some crumbs. I called front desk and they immediately came and vacuumed. It was better after that over all the place is nice and staff pleasant. They are doing some construction but didn’t bother my stay.

My stay met my expectations. It was being remodeled at the time.

We came to Indy for a getaway with two young kids. Let me just say this is NOT a place to come to relax or to bring kids. They are currently going through major renovations. They really should just shut the hotel down while construction is going on. We had a corner executive suite. The two rooms next to us were being renovated. Renovations go from 9 am to 7 pm but the crews start setting up at 7 am. My teeth are still chattering from the sound of air chisels busting up tiles in the room next to us. Terrible environment for children especially ones trying to nap. Also, the room was freezing cold. We were told nothing could be done but they brought us a space heater. Also not great with small children and one space heater doesnt do much in a large multiple room suite. The pool area was also freezing. Water was warm enough but the air temperature was frigid. Again we were told nothing could be done. General condition of the hotel was VERY rundown. I can see why they are renovating. Big stains in old carpet, paint peeling off ceiling in bathroom and just outdated everything. That's in addition to all the dust and dirt all over from the construction. The location is great and the rooms are very big which is why we picked this hotel for our family. I'm sure the hotel will be much better when the renovations are complete next year. But this place should not be open to the public right now. It's borderline uninhabitable. All the guests we encountered felt the same way.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite, especially the room service and cleaning staff. Probably some of the best I've ever seen. Check in/check out was a breeze, breakfast was AWESOME. The biggest concern was the room. Orbitz gave us the shoddiest room, right across from the elevator on the 15th floor. You could hear everything anyone was saying while getting on/off the elevator. It was so bad that my toddler and wife slept in the king bed and I had to sleep on the floor with the bedroom door shut because it was so loud. It was hands down the worst night's rest I've ever had. So I wouldn't recommend this hotel because even though most things were great the single most important reason to me is a restful nights sleep, which it miserably on. The open hotel design and thin walls also played a part in the problem. On the 15th floor we could still hear people in the lobby at 1 am...from our room...with the bedroom door shut.

The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful. My issue comes with the cleanliness and Air conditioning. Our first room smelled so horribly they moved us to a different room, but there was still an old musty smell present (not nearly as bad as the first). With it being over 85 outside, AC that functioned properly would have been helpful.

Clean pool. Great room. Breakfast and manager's evening reception were included. Overall a nice stay.

The couch that makes into bed was terrible. It felt like all springs. No extra pillow in the room for it also. You had to pay extra for wifi which most hotels have for free now.

The staff was great and did everything to make us comfortable. Awesome breakfast and late snacks.

We just stayed at the Embassy Suites for a Colts game. The location of the hotel is ideal... blocks away from everything you need in downtown Indy. The rooms are large (outer sitting room with separate bedroom) which was more than enough room for two people. Granted we booked last minute but paid over $200 for a mid-sized market. I'd frankly expect a bit more at that price point. The front desk person was very helpful, trying to get us dinner reservations at one of the more popular steak houses. She wasn't successful but we appreciated the effort!

Room was humongous, but that's to be expected from Embassy Suites. Very clean and comfortable. Very good amenities like pool, gym, happy hour and breakfast. Only complaint was the wifi... at this day and age you shouldn't have to pay extra to get wifi, but that's just my opinion. Other than that, everything was fantastic.

At first we thought it was a great hotel, wonderful location. Once in our room, the staff had never cleaned the fridge out from previous occupants. There was rooting good in it. The shower stopper wouldn't stay up and they had to get maintance in ther but couldn't do anything about it until they ordered parts. The pull out couch mattress springs were painful,to sleep on and was given a extra blanket for padding witch did nothing, and told nothing else they can do. The ice vendor wasn't working on our floor or the one below us. Once we did located ice it was dirty and I wouldn't dare put it in our drinks. We had to go to the restaurant to get ice and got a lot of attitude. The fitness room was missing weights. We were very disappointed in our stay.

Hotel was great. Clean and peaceful. We only stayed one night but would have enjoyed staying longer.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Although my coffee maker didn't work the first morning of a two night stay, the staff replaced it and it worked great the next morning. I feel WiFi should be free everywhere. Why can you get it free at the coffee shop and not your room is beyond my knowledge. The option for WiFi was to buy it or if you were an ATT uverse customer then you could sign in via that route. I am a uverse customer and still had difficulty signing in and staying signed in. I ended up hopping on some other free WiFi spot not controlled by embassy suites.

In town for a concert. Hotel very conveniently located. Staff was pleasant both a front desk and in breakfast/reception area. Good for families. Problems: hotel needs update. Pillows could not have been less comfortable and headboard was metal and impossible to lean against. Also heat was not controllable - on in winter, off in summer. We we told to open a window if it was too hot - which it was. Food at the 'hot' breakfast was all cold even though we were there within 20 minutes of opening. Good location and clean, but certainly not the best Embassy Suites
