We let them know we were celebrating anniversary and the staff went out of their way to make ot special. Constantly congratulating us, giving us a free dessert & champagne. Offering dining suggestions. Very walkable to major Indy hot spots.

The hotel has a great location, close to dining options and attractions. The room itself was dated and dingy. The furniture was stained, wallpaper was peeling, and there was a bit of mold in the bathroom. For the price, I was surprised WiFi wasn’t included and was disappointed with the conditions of the room itself.

If you like a hotel with historical flair, great food, and friendly staff who create a genuinely warm atmosphere, this is your place! The Omni surpassed all my expectations and I was so glad to have chosen it over the larger, newer hotels in downtown Indy. Don’t be put off by distance to the convention center - the walk only took around 10 minutes and if you want to avoid street traffic the whole thing can be done through the sky walkway, which is actually part of a mall with shops along the way. Some other reviews said service in the restaurant was slow but it seemed right on time and the wait staff was very attentive. There was a calm joy in the way the staff related both to customers and each other that made me feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel - full of delicious fresh fruit, crispy squares with light herbs as breakfast fries, and omelettes that were so good I was trying to figure out how they did it. Also the most important thing: terrific coffee. An older place with original art deco style and history, the hotel was slightly worn in some places like the carpet in the elevator and the bureau in my room. But the rooms were very clean and well-tended. Despite being downtown and having a rockin wedding in its event space one night it was quiet in my room. I could hear a couple of saxophone tunes from a street musician down below once, but that was welcome and added to my feeling that I had stepped back in time. Awesome experience!

Really liked Gym, pool, breakfast. Need to improve valet parking services.

I didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel. I was in and out. The staff at the front desk I missed to get their name were very professional and helpful. I was checked in by the same person that checked me out in my departure. Also on the afternoon shift the person who helped with recommending for a restaurant for a quick bite and helped me get a scissor to remove a tag from a new sports coat. Please share my Thank You to both ladies. They make the Omini Hotel special with their care, compassion and service. Thank you again! The hotel is beautiful in center of downtown. It needs some updates for a more modern look. I enjoyed my stay! Thank you!

My family and I were asleep in our room. At 2am, someone, somehow, entered our room. Imagine being asleep with your family, and someone opens the door, while your wife and kid are asleep in the room. Thankfully, I woke up and was able to scare this potential thief? Burglar? Who knows….after they closed the door and ran down the hallway, I called the front desk to tell them that someone just entered our room, and the advice from the front desk was “Yeah, um. Maybe use the door latch to lock the door. THIS PLACE IS UNSAFE and overly priced. It peaked in the late 80’s or early 90’s. Seriously. Avoid.

Courteous staff.

Really great customer service, Quick check in, and nice sized rooms.

This property is very well ran The staff was amazing the rooms were clean a little dated the food was excellent. They’re on safeness is the population of grounded wellness. When I would go outside and sit around to drink or maybe have a cigar I was approached several times. That itself is very annoying when you are trying to relax on vacation. It is clear that you cannot move them but when you are on the property they should be more control.

A pretty decent value considering the location. The air conditioning in our room wasn't too reliable and the cleanliness and amenities were lacking.
