There was no balcony, but there was a view. Very nice. Loved our stay here. Felt luxurious without the price tag. Loved our quick walk to the stadium each day.

The hotel staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. There was only a shower but it was large and the bathroom was extremely clean. There was also a couch but it was not comfortable.

The room was clean and very nice we came to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and they upgraded our room and they had balloons in the room for him it was amazing. We did not go to the gym but we did enjoy the pool that was nice and clean and had plenty towels available.

The staff was incredible helpful and made our visit so wonderful. The room was clean and the valet was fast and took great care of our vehicle. The views from the 12th floor were incredible - our room overlooked the Union Station terminal. I’ll definitely be staying at the Omni again next time I find myself in Indianapolis.
