Very clean. Hardly anyone around. Staff was very friendly and opened doors so we would not have to touch much. Everyone wires masks. Would definitely stay again.

Nice room, beautiful hotel, reasonably priced, great staff.

We were disappointed that there was no food available for breakfast, and that there was no information about the pool being closed on the website. The vending machines also were not working. I’m grateful the staff gave us two complimentary bottles of water. I would have chosen a different hotel had I known that nearly all the features of this nice hotel were unavailable.

I like that the hotel has history but it time for some updating. The room was a premiere room but everything about it was basic. There was really nothing special about the room except for the balcony view. I’m not okay with paying over two hundred dollars a night for a very minimum room just because of a view. No cups, no microwave and the balcony itself did not seem safe. I ended up checking out early because I didn’t not see the value the price reflected.

The price for the property was too high. Location was good because it was close to Bankers Life Field House. We booked for a King Suite and the Air/ heat was really loud. Didn't like layout of the room.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! We stayed one night for a concert at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. We were able to walk to dinner and breakfast the next morning. Valet parking is convenient but expensive. Fortunately, they told us we could park in the public garage directly behind the hotel for half the cost. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but it was all clean. Would stay here again if visiting Indy.

Love the character of the place. Staff was super helpful and friendly and enjoyed bartender at the bar. Overall great experience

I did like that the hotel was within walking distance to the venue we were attending. I did not like that there was no continental breakfast, wifi was pay to use and there was no parking included in the price of the room. They are asking $48 plus tip for parking your car! They were not upfront about this, if i would have known this when booking I'd have chose a different hotel.

Sitting area in lobby was comfortable and welcoming, a yreat place to chat. Workout equipment was clean and current. In housecrestuarant not open late. Would have liked a jacuzzi available. Didn't seem like my room was vacuumed.

Hotel is nice on the inside. Looks a little dated on the outside but that doesn't really matter to me.

Didn't like the fact that it doesn't have a single vending machine or place to purchase drinks/snacks other than room service. Specifically asked for a city views but ended up being directly across from other balconies, not a great view! Staff was always very friendly, couldn't be more happy with that part of the stay.

This was a beautiful hotel! The experience was overall a great experience.

Nice clean big hotel. Rustick looking but still modern perks. Definitely worth the stay

Hotel was very close to stadium which was perfect for us. Bathroom was small for room size

OK location in Indy. The hotel has been updated but the water pressure was awful.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Great location in the city. Very courteous staff. Rooms were clean.
