This is a long-term stay facility with families. Very noisy.

The property was clean. That being said, this was a bit of an extreme for extended stay. With minimal amenities. To be clear, this property is designed for those interested in longer term stays. Think months. A lot of out door work crews staying here.

Friendly staff and very quiet location

I got bed bugs. I had booked a stay there for three weeks while I was finishing up some school. On my third night, I noticed bites all over my body. I couldn’t sleep that night, the thought of bugs disgusted me. I tried to look at the mattress for bugs but there was a fabric mattress cover that was zip-tied together so you couldn’t unzip it. I started seeing the blood spots that indicate bed bugs and was gone the next night. They also don’t change sheets between guests. I found women’s hairs in my sheets and they were very much not clean. I told the front desk staff and she said that when they lint rolled it between guests, they must have missed some. I also returned to my room one day to find that they had sent the police to my room for someone who was very much not myself to issue a restraining order. When I told the guy at the desk, he said “yeah, that’s you.” I told him that it wasn’t me and I wanted no part of whoever this person was. He said that she had checked out over a year prior. I’m sure that police have certain rights, but I definitely felt that my privacy was violated by not paying more attention to where they were sending the officers and allowing them to come to my room. The staff was great. Everyone was very nice and inviting. Amenities are nothing special. There’s coffee in the mornings. Increased security. The hallways always smell like weed. The third floor smells like cigarettes. You’re better off paying $25 more to stay at the Hyatt.

Nice gray tile floors. Easy to maintain and clean that way. Lots of shelf space. Hood Good quality TV. Great price for what you're getting in the suite. Kind of disappointed that instead of lending out pots and pans etc... they have you purchase instead, but its understandable.

The property was brand new! Very nice. Staff was a little on the rude side and took forever to get us check in. Hotel has a policy where they lock all the doors so unless you have a room key you cant get in to the elevator or rooms.

Brand new property, very clean, great staff. They didn’t have cups or creamer or sugar with the coffee machine so that was a bummer, and the water heater could have been turned up a touch higher, but they just opened and are still working some of that out. We would definitely return.
