I've stayed at better places, I've stayed at worse. This place was just meh for me. The beds were nothing to write home about, the bedding was subpar. We were only given you set of towels and half a roll of toilet paper for 5 people. The light fixtures were literally hanging off the light bulbs. If you value your spine don't even think about using the pull out sofa. The location was mildly sketchy but in the hotels defense so is most of downtown Indianapolis. I will give credit to the hotel, the rooms were above average clean, staff was competent and when we asked for additional pillows and towels we got them quickly.

Our heat wasn’t working correctly and eventually only ac was coming out Eventually was at 4am horrible trying to sleep I contacted front desk in morning and they said they would’ve moved us I told them I just would like a late check out as I couldn’t sleep all night she rudely declined I’ve asked for management she never told manager I contacted the hotel again manager never responded

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The entire place super clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The location couldn’t have been better. I was able to walk to all the bars and restaurants and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The staff was friendly, the room was quiet, and everything felt safe and convenient. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Indianapolis!

Beds not really comfortable, had metal bed frame parts sticking out past mattresses, scratchy blankets, not great for back support. Breakfast not great compared to other hotels at same price.
