I had booked this room several months out. I got a decent price and it was close to the Arena for the Fever game. I was on my way and couldn’t get to my phone. They called and cancelled my reservation. They said my ccard had been denied. That was a lie. I had used the same card earlier in the day and used the same card to book a room elsewhere after they cancelled. I think they did it on purpose to sell the room at a higher price. Even if not, bad bad service. I won’t use Homewood ever again and tell everyone I know what happened. Words cannot tell how upsetting this was.

Booked Homewood because past great experience, especially their breakfast. But this time Breakfast was very disappointing. Standard continental breakfast no better than discount hotel like Mobile 8 or Comfort Inn. Pool water was not very clean with debris at the bottom of the pool.

We will definitely come back

The hotel is beautiful. We will definitely come back. The breakfast food was delicious. The only issue was the elevators are slow and make noises. Also, I don't know what happened but the hallway and lobby were warm. The room itself was very cool and had air conditioning but the hallway was muggy, the weather outside of the hotel was muggy, and the lobby. This hotel is located beautifully by bars and restaurants nearby. The beds were so good and the pillows were soft. We very much enjoyed this hotel

We were there for a Fever game and were amazed when we opened our shades and could see Gainbridge! Close to good food! Valet parking was awesome! Breakfast was plentiful with many options. Room was spacious, clean and uniquely historic!

Great hotel

The hotel's location is awesome. The staff is great along with the breakfast and the room layout. The only negative we have is the bathroom needed some more cleaning and updating (the tp holder was broken). Also, if noise bothers you, this isn't the hotel for you. It is in the heart of Downtown and you hear music, people, and cars throughout the night, but we knew this would be a thing due to the location so it didn't bother us because the plus of walking everywhere made it desirable.
