this place had a resort style feel at a very affordable price. Place was clean, pool was awesome, & staff was very awesome. would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The only complaints i have are minor. The breakfast was very small and not well stocked. I didn't appreciate housekeeping arguing about of i had my room for another night or not. That being said, the ladies at the front desk last night were very sweet and understanding when i realized i booked for today and not yesterday like i was trying to. I've been to this hotel since i was small and my family would come to town and visit. So I've seen it go through several names and changes. I hope they continue to grow and make it as special as it once was when i was a little girl. The price wasn't terrible either. The rooms look great as well.

Absolutely disgraceful

Absolutely terrible! Wouldn't wish this hotel on my enemy. The remote for the TV was sticky, the TV didn't work well. I had to push the input button multiple times to get the TV to work. When we left the hotel room no one came to clean it while we were gone, no fresh towels at all for our stay. If you happen to be booked by the pool make sure to pack earplugs because the pool hours don't end until 10:30 pm. Not sure about every other room but in our room when you want to take a shower you have to pull on the shower knob, and I am not kidding you have to be worthy of Thor to pull on the knob to even get the shower going. The parking lot and grounds are not well maintained, elevator wasn't the best either. My SO has issues with elevators we rode the elevator once and it was shaky, the buttons didn't work. Over all DON'T GO HERE!!

Poor stay

Our tv in the room didn't work. I went down once to talk to them and I called twiced no one came up to check on it. The smoke alarm in our room was covered in a plastic bag. The toilet paper holder was broken. They lied when I called to ask if the pool water was warm/heated it was freezing. The breakfast bar wasn't attended to very well. The pool was supose to close at 10pm we left before than , but even after 10 I still heard people down in the pool being loud while I am trying to put my kids to sleep it kept them up longer. They did how ever try to make it right by giving us 22% refund on our stay.

No one at front desk when I arrived and it took about 10 minutes for them to get there. As soon as we started, the process of check-in, another guest warned me that I should think twice about checking in due to the problems they were having. Elevator is on the far end of the building and The rooms were not numbered in consecutive order. 245 247 248 249 246. Room is clean and comfortable otherwise. TV does not have a signal but Internet connection gives me something to watch.

If i could give a zero i would. DO NOT BOOK HERE!! We have stayed in cheaper places and had a better experience! It was dirty, bed had pubs in it, beds are bad and desperately need replaced. There was mold in our room. We didnt even stay a hour. The location is terrible, there was broke down cars in the lot, random activity.

Sucks, no heat,

The motel was freezing everywhere except the lobby. I mean it was 8 degrees that day. We get to our rooms and they keys don’t work, no problem, they give us new keys we go inside and immediately turn on the heat and the heat doesn’t work. So I go back to the desk tell them I have to have heat, so she goes down and check the heat beside our room in another room. It works, so we decide to go get something to eat, we get back and they keys didn’t work again. This place is so ghetto there are people living in the motel full time, they have converted rooms with kitchen cabinets. I said something about there being no heat anywhere in the building and she said we’re trying to save on electric. I laughed and said that’s ignert.

Will not stay here again

We came for one night. The walls were paper thin, the room next to us was blaring music the entire time we were there, All night and into the morning. People arguing in the hallway. Front desk did nothing when I called. The continental breakfast area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned up for a week. Half drank cups of water, no clean cups or waffle mix, toaster was dirty, no milk for cereal. The whole building was just dirty. The parking lot had trash everywhere.
