The property looked okay at first. They stated they need $100 deposit in the room beside the fee for the night and that it would be credited the next day. I was skeptical. Essentially the credit was not made and I now have to fight for my money. Never again!

I gave my keys back to front desk attendant after 10 minutes. The place had a strong odor of chemicals, it was all throughout the hotel. We got to the room and the room was dark and dingy. The sheets were not clean. The bathroom didn’t look clean. My daughter has autism and started to have a meltdown because she did not wanna stay in a place like this she said she did not feel safe. The smell was overwhelming and she said that she wouldn’t be able to sleep. The beds look like they were taken out of a prison. I went down to talk to the front desk attendant, because my autistic daughter didn’t want to stay there because she didn’t feel safe I explained to the front desk attendant the situation and it didn’t matter to her. She said that she would talk to the manager, but the manager wasn’t there so she never talked with him I had a call the 800 numberfor hotels.com and they said that they would give me a refund or another room. I could not do another room because my daughter would not stay there because it was overbearing for her to stay in such a not family atmosphere hotel. I explained the hotels.com that my daughter is special needs and she was very scared and couldn’t stay there. They said that they would refund my money but they would have to talk to the manager first they got back to me about 45 minutes later after I had to look for a new hotel to stay at and told me the manager of this hotel would not refund any money. Do not stay here with your kids! Disability kids not

They didn’t have the room type I’d reserved a month ago available. The room was clean but horribly run down. The shower was painted and the paint was peeling. No light in the bathroom other than a motion activated light which is harsh as hell at 3 am. Never again.

I booked this room at the last minute on a Saturday, however the hotel was not sold out. Quick check in and the staff was welcoming and friendly. It's right off I-65, but that is a double edged sword as my room faced the interstate so I had noise from the constant highway traffic. I was going to stay further south from here, however the prices were higher.
