This hotel has declined. The rooms are smaller, not as clean, some hotel staff is very rude. We had to use the pull out couch and it had no linen, no covers. Was told they don't give out blankets anymore because the room was considered as an executive room now. So we had to take the blanket off of our bed and give it to him also we had to give him a pillow. There were bugs that had to be killed also. We won't be staying again.

Our room was not ready when we arrived and had to wait 40 minutes on it. I da and watched the front desk ladies act rude to all customers who checked in. When I asked if we got a discount for having to wait on our room the lady huffed and said no, we can't help cleaning. Terrible customer service even just a smile and 10% off would have helped. Will not go back.

Everything was great! Clean room, comfortable bed, convenient location, congenial staff, affordable price.... We couldn't have asked for more!

Hotel staff was rude, and even threatened me for a mistake that was not mine. Just go elsewhere, it is not worth the energy.

This was always a sure bet for me when traveling to the Indy area. Inexpensive, located near lots of shopping and dining places, and (this is a biggie) I always felt safe. It was always clean. Lots of changes....the dining and shopping are still nearby but the place is looking a little rough around the edges. No indoor pool, no fitness equipment, although you have access to a fitness center nearby. Our bathroom was not as clean as I would like and that is just a deal breaker for me. But even worse than the less than clean bathroom was that I didn't feel safe. So that will be the last time I stay there. Oh, and the coffee was watered down. No. Just no.

I'm no world class-traveler, but we certainly enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn. Swam in the pool, had breakfast, shopped, ate & played in the neighboring area, etc. Most of all, all staff we encountered (and my g/f encountered *several* members) everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. We especially appreciated that Check-In let us slide in about 40-mionutes early, as we were rolling in tired and dirty from a camping/boating trip. We'll be back, thanks!

close to downtown ,airport, raceway i enjoyed my stay.

I thought the price for spending a night at this Comfort Inn was very good considering the location in Indianapolis. Although very dated the property was clean and the welcome from the front desk was among the best I have ever had at a hotel. The breakfast was quite extensive although I had the usual yogurt and muffin with coffee. Several people were having the waffles and commented on how glad they were that everything was so clean in the dining area.

Did the trick. Slept fine. Breakfast fine. Room temp of eating area for breakfast was an icebox though.

It was a very nice place to stay and I will stay there again

LOVED IT AND IT IS SO CLOSEST TO THE BEST RESTAURANTS

The room was just ok. Very dated furniture, with the chair being covered with stains. The staff was not very friendly and the breakfast was a huge let down. No fresh fruit, just empty bowls where it used to be. They were out of sausage, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and silverware. We asked for silverware twice before they replaced it and asked for scrambled eggs 3 times before they filled the container. Never did refill the other missing items. Glad we only had to stay one night.

You get what you pay for, folks! We were in a bind -- moving our daughter to Indianapolis and finding upon our arrival that the water hadn't been turned on and wouldn't be until the following day. So, any port in a storm, as they say. There is an unpleasant, musty, odor that pervades throughout the hotel. The staff is very friendly (as is just about anyone in Indiana, it would seem) and the breakfast buffet was adequate but the bed is very soft and uncomfortable and it was truly the worst shower experience of my and my husband's lives. Needless to say, really glad the water is turned on in our daughter's new home!!

Average room. Beds good. Stained chairs. Elevator rail coming off. Ran out of eggs by 8:30 Sunday morning. Staff not particularly friendly.

This is a standard Comfort Inn: nothing luxurious about the place, but the rooms are clean and the staff is polite and professional. We chose the location because we knew we would be all over the north side of Indianapolis, and the quick access to 465 was a plus. With free breakfast (plenty of options to choose from) and free wi-fi, it's a great value.

The room was the size of a phone booth. When we got there the room had no heat on (temp outside 30 degrees). it was dingy and depressing, but we had to stay because it was all prepaid.

The location was great. The room was spacious, but smelled of smoke for a non-smoking room and the door to the room had problems closing at times. The staff was great. I would book this hotel again.

Although we were only there for one night, it was a reat night! Staff is attentive, room was spacious and clean, as was entire property and complimentary contenental breakfast was very good, better than advertised. Location is great, just off I-465.

Clean room, shower was alittle confussing to use and only pulsed, but everything else was great.

Overall experience was satisfactory, the bed was to hard for my taste so I had a hard time sleeping, the breakfast is really light compared to other hotels in the area. The staff was friendly and fast.
