Someone on the next floor had lead feet and stomped the floor every day but they offered for me to move. They should have asked him to move into another room. I called the front desk and that just made things worst. Several days breakfast was not finished at 5 am. One of the people at the front desk was a real jerk and made excuses for the days breakfast was late. They ran out of regular creamer for 3 days. The cleaning crew was always on time and did a terrific job. wifi was terrible and was almost useless.

This hotel has major issues with room security. Another person was given the same key to my room on the 3rd night I was staying there. They came into my room at 11:30 at night while I was sleeping, then promptly left. The following day, I could not access my room upon returning from work, so I was left wondering if the room access had been truly revoked. Upon bringing this to the attention of the hotel staff, they assured me I would receive a call from the property manager the next day. When I didn't receive the benefit of a call, I wrote Marriott Customer Care twice regarding the same security issues and was advised that I would receive a call from the hotel's Executive Leadership. It's now the 4th day after the incident, and I have received neither a call nor an email. The property also has filthy elevators and hallways - note other reviews that share this same view.

We've stayed here before, as we find it to be a pretty good place with comfortable rooms. It's not too fancy but is clean and has good amenities and is not too far from downtown and the zoo. The free breakfast is healthy and good too. While we rotate our stays between a couple different hotel, it remains on our stay list. It is far enough from the airport that it is quiet. There's a convenience store withing walking distance.

What a dull, drab, dark hotel. Having stayed at a Fairfield in Ft.Wayne the night before, we were hoping for the same experience. This is a very old property. True, at some point it appears they have tried to make it acceptable, the halls are poorly lighted. Empty beer cardboard containers in the hallway. The first room assignment was absolutely terrible, the room smelled so bad - perhaps smoke. They upgraded us to a "suite" which was only somewhat least it didn't smell bad. The sink outside of the bathroom was small & confining. I couldn't wait to get out of there. The morning breakfast area seemed dark and uninviting. The elevator works slowly. Heard kids or adults running in the hallway after I retired. I didn't feel safe there. I personally would stay elsewhere next visit. They saving grace was that they did have the shuttle van to the airport which ran on time.

I stayed here for one night and arrived early. The staff were great and sorted me out with a room way before the official arrival time. The room was reasonable with good WiFi and ok decor. The only issue with the room was the bathroom looked a little dated. It also had a one cup coffee machine which I appreciate. The breakfast was simple but to the normal standard of these inns. The gym was simple but fine for what I wanted. Overall I thought the stay was good and would return.

Clean room and vicinity, warm pool and hot tub, great breakfast and most of all friendly service. Great place for families with basketball and tennis court! James, JaQuan and Mia took great care of us!

Stayed for a week and a half and was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. Marriott should be proud of their employees at this location. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Very clean mid price point hotel. Great beds and I always upgrade a rating when they don't scrimp on the quality of the towels. Friends stayed at the Residence Inn across the lot and had the same experience. GOOD JOB MARRIOTT!!

We spent one night here before a flight. Staff were friendly, room and facility was neat and clean. Disappointment was that WIFI wouldn't work and we had trouble with our door lock. It appeared that hotel staff could have breakfast "leftovers", which is a fine idea. However, we noticed that near the end of serving time a lot of fresh items were stocked that the latest guests didn't necessarily have access to. We would stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel for two night over a weekend. The hotel does not have a hot tub that we saw but does have an indoor pool. The continental breakfast was ok but nothing spectacular. It features your normal continental breakfast fair. (Eggs, waffles, cold cereal, fruit, and similar foods.) It was not the highest quality hotel, but the main factor is choosing it was the price and location.

Stayed here for a few nights during the Indy 500 in May. Hotel is within a few miles of the track. Room was quiet and clean. Staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast each day was good with an attentive staff making sure everything was fresh and hot. Would stay here again.
