Hotel stay.

We had one bed and a couch bed. I needed the couch bed for my child. There were no blankets or pillows so I had to take a pillow off the main bed and get blankets from the car. There was a sheet. I did ask if they had blankets or pillows and they said no my son also left a baseball hat we believe in the room and I’ve been waiting for 24 hours on a response from the hotel to see if they have found it. Our room was also placed directly across from the ice machine, and we could hear it going off late at night and early in the morning. The hotel was a little bit off the road and hard to find. The room was clean and small.

Overall the property was fine for the price. I ran into some specific maintenance issues in my room that the couldn’t address so they had to move me; they were ere accommodating to do that. The food option there is confusing and ver limited. You have to pay for it, which is fine but not clear in there marketing. When I was there there really very limited visibility of how the food operation works. I walked up to where you check in to inquire about the food because there appeared to be a place for it to happen but nothing was visibly happening there. The representative handed me a menu and said I would need to pay for any food I wanted but after looking at the menu and assessing the lack of visible operations I decided to look for other options outside of the hotel which required driving.

Totally enjoyed the stay and was so happy for your willingness to accommodate me and my three dogs. They quite location away from other chain hotels and busy streets was a great benefit as you have plenty of grassy areas to walk the dogs as needed. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable and you were close enough to be to most any restaurant within 10 minutes. Thank you!!!
