Had tried to request early check in prior to the trip and was told to communicate with the hotel. Tried again on the day via chat and then direct call and was informed that no rooms at all were ready and that the desk was waiting for a list from housekeeping. Eventually able to check in AFTER official check in time, others were also waiting in the lobby past check in time due to the list not having been received!!! We booked as we had been previously impressed but now feel inclined to try elsewhere next time. Room smelled musty and none of the dresser drawers would stay shut which meant having to avoid walking into the open drawers taking up space at the end of the bed!
Loved how cool the room was, and the ceiling fan was a welcome addition. I had somehow booked a handicapped room, and it was spacious and the bathroom was enormous! The bed was comfy and the room quiet at night.
I chose this hotel because it was muggy sounds birthday and he wanted to swim with a few friends. We really enjoyed our stay and how clean everything was. My only disappointment was the microwave in our room didn't work so we had to take our food from the 3rd floor to lobby to heat it up. Everything else was great. I would stay here again.
The pool was rather small but the family still enjoyed swimming.

Everything was excellent about the hotel except the food quality. Variety of food was fine, but the the quality was terrible. Overcooked scrambled eggs, I found a HAIR in the hash browns, runny pot of instant oatmeal and muffins and scones that were of convenience mart quality. I expect much greater quality for the Hilton name.
Higher priced than other hotels. The room was convenient and spacious ( 2 queen suite) but dishes in dishwasher, confetti from a previous stay, someone’s dried out contact on counter). Pool area not clean ( scum along water line in hot tub), breakfast area ok, but eggs rubbery both days, breads stale, garbage in coffee area still there next morning). Group of kids running halls until after midnight. And weight room is a treadmill an elliptical and three medicine balls. Expected more from a Hilton brand.

the room was great, neatly cleaned and spacious. I enjoyed the breakfast, workout room and swimming pool. Friendly staff was a plus.
Room was in good shape and clean. Bed was too soft which caused a little problem for me with a bad back, but I have this problem at other hotels also. Liked the hot breakfast and free wireless. Didn't have a chance to take advantage of any of the other amenities at the hotel. Definitely would return if in the area again.

We have stayed here on two occasions now, and have been pleased with both stays. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The complimentary evening meal complete with beer and wine was great, as was the breakfast the next morning. 10-15 min away from where we needed to be, but was 25-30 dollars cheaper then the closer hotels offering the same room type. Homewood will be on the top of my list the next time I book a room.
I am originally from Indy, and knew the NW side really well. I thought there might be a problem with the hotel being so close to I 465, but our room was on the back side and we didn't hear a thing. The sound proofing must be excellent, because not once did I hear any noise inside the hotel from that direction. (That stretch of I465 is quieter in the off hours, than some). Room was a very nice suite with kitchen. Cleanliness and Housekeeping were excellent. Staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was very good and had a wide variety. Free internet/WiFi was one reason I chose this hotel. Easy access to main roads and Interstates. Hilton did it right, again. This will be one of our favorite places to stay on the NW side.
We stayed in a suite with 4 people. The room was excellent - very nice accomodations for 2 couples. We each had separate bedrooms and bathrooms with a common area in the middle. The room was very clean, the beds heavenly and the decorating was topnotch! The continental breakfast the next morning was very good. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, great location. Just off I-465, close to shopping and restaurants and easy access to the city. Very clean and private, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Friendly staff, free,hot, abundant breakfast. All good. Highly recommend.
Many people from our family at hotel, we asked a lot from the staff to help the group. They did everything to make it perfect. Good job.
