Very friendly staff and great location. The gym was clean and had a lot of equipment.

The $44 a night parking charge for self / valet was ridiculous!!!

Great room. Loved the lay out. 3 adult women and we each could have our own bed. Loved that the tub/shower were in their own room separate from the toilet. Made getting ready so much easier and faster.

They were over-booked and had to put us in another adjacent hotel. I mean, what good is a reservation if they can't honor it?

Was here for comic con with hundreds of other and only one elevator working took a very long time to be able to get up to room or downs to lobby, staff was awesome, plenty of food at breakfast, beautiful view of the park.

Within walking distance to great restaurants and shops.

Breakfast was great. We were there for the Big 10 Championship game. Hotel was very convenient. Able to park the car for the weekend and walk everywhere

Probably the cleanest hotel I've ever been in but you can't see the TV from the be. Not a huge deal, we turned the stand around. I also found it strange that there was no room service, the place seemed big enough to have that kind of accommodation. At the very least they can do better than offer delivery from TGI Fridays, if you ask the front desk they will offer some menus of places that deliver

Myself and two others stayed here the night before our marathon. Everything was great all around!! Would definitely stay again!!

this was a great place to stay. location right by convention center. would stay here any time

We were in town for a wedding and this hotel really delivered for our central meeting spot with family. Rooms are large (suites). Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Great location for a downtown event. Clean and modern. Free wifi.

Staff was very friendly for the very busy weekend we arrived.

We just did a quick family trip and this was a great place to stay. We walked to circle center every day for meals and shopping. Short drives to the children's museum and zoo. The free breakfast was good and the hotel had a nice small pool. Not a ton of bells and whistles, but clean, great location and a great price.

The room was clean, quiet and perfect for my needs.

We loved the location, it was very close to out class at Riley. It was also convenient for shopping, eating and Starbucks in walking distance!!

My coworker and enjoyed our stay. We appreciated having everything within walking distance including Our dinner, breakfast and most importantly STARBUCKS! Thank you!

Very nice hotel, but a little on the pricey side. It is close to everything we wanted to do that weekend... Indian's game, IMAX Theater, Circle Center is not too far away. Overall, it is okay.. but for the price you pay, you deserve a lot more from the hotel.

We had stayed at the next door Courtyard last summer and had wandered through the Springhill Suites lobby then. I was intrigued by the contemporary and colorful decor, so when the opportunity presented to stay there for the Indy Mini, I took it. The room was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and chic. Loved the sliding doors for the shower/lavatory room and separate stool/lavatory. The breakfast in the AM was nice. All of the staff we encountered were very courteous. The location was ideal. Very close to the convention center, shopping, and numerous restaurants. Would stay there again!

We booked this hotel stay to run in the Monumental Marathon race as a family. They hotel is only 3 months old and the amenaties were fabulous. Rooms were big, has two bathrooms(one with sink and commode, one with sink and shower), and the continental breakfast was perfect. Has nice pool and adequate exercise room. Great experience!

WE where not told that we had to pay for parking. also the elevators where not working. It seem to me that the staff was not ready to handle that many people. They seem to be under staffed.

Thank you for your feedback. There was a situation outside of our control where we were forced to relocate some of our reservations to a nearby hotel. My sincere apologies for this inconvenience, as I understand it adds unnecessary travel stress onto our guests. We did our best to minimize this. If there is anything else I can do for you please do not hesitate to reach out.
