The staff were super friendly! The floors in the room were so dirty my feet turned black after I showered for bed. The body wash was empty so it did not get checked. Maybe get rid of carpet and use hard wood floors so that it can be steam mopped! The room temp never went down, it was hot in the room even with it set lower than 69 degrees. There was not many breakfast options, the only thing I could eat was bacon and eggs and the eggs were average at best. I wish they would have had at least toast out as well instead of just bagels and English muffins. The bed was comfortable to sleep in but they seemed more like full sized beds rather than queens.

Indiana State Fair Trip

We were in town for several days as exhibitors for the Indiana State Fair! Hotel cost was very reasonable, breakfast choices were awesome, staff friendly and very helpful, room extremely clean, beds were very comfortable! Very nice area close to Indiana University. Love the separate sitting area from the beds as well! We are in Indianapolis often and will definitely stay here again😊

Older property. Lumpy beds. Was clean, though. Connected but not connected to next door hotel. Not clearly marked and went to sister hotel and had to go to next door location that had minimal signage. Hotel hallways very noisy even at 12AM. Skipped breakfast as the serving area very small and packed. Valet parking fee outrageous. Overall a very “meh” experience.

Didn’t initially like that I was to have a room with a view, but that was a very limited partial view of the city and there was no pool or jacuzzi. I should have looked at the site to confirm that.Whitley the manager on duty did everything she could to make things right. I will gladly stay there again knowing all that I know and because of her. She set the bar!
Hotel right by the canal!! That’s a plus too!
