Only on person working check-in. Line of people waiting patiently. Once checked in, keys didn’t work. Took shower in the am. Would not get hot and there was a dirty rag in the shower. There were no rags other than that one. Went down for breakfast and all hot food was empty. Came in that night. Key’s wouldn’t work again. They did move us to another room. It was a single, not a double as we started with.

Pics of the outside of this hotel are not accurate. It didn’t look very good when I pulled into the lot. Once inside I had to wait 10 min just to be checked in because nobody was around to help anyone. The room itself was just ok, they had missed some areas when cleaning but fortunately not the important areas. The morning of checkout day the cleaning service barged in the room at 9a while I was still in bed. Last but not least, they don’t refund your deposit for an entire week. No idea why so long! Overall, there’s a reason it’s less expensive and I won’t be staying again on my next visit to Indy!

The property had very dirty sheets, neither the sink or shower drained and started back filling with dirty water/hair. I booked a non smoking room, yet it smelled like a bar. I travel across the country for work, and this is by far one of the worst establishments I have ever stayed at.
