There was no one at the front desk when we arrived to checkin The parking lot is littered with debris When I had woke up the next day to move my rental closer I had to go to the front desk because my roomcard had been deactivated Once that was settled I had told the lady that we were staying until Monday checkout so I needed my keycard to not have this issue they had told me it was due to a power outage So Sunday we had went to a few family members houses and returned to the hotel around 1 am We went to our room and our roomcards were not working again i had tried both of them several times but same result so i went to the front desk and no one was there so i called the front desk no answer i waited 30 minutes and no one showed up at the front desk I had called again same thing so i waited 15 minutes and repeated it with the same results fortunately my mother in law lived close because we ended sleeping there and i had to get up and go back to the hotel i figured when someone would be at the front desk there were workers setting up the when I asked was working the front desk they pretended that they didn't speak English so I sat next to the front desk and called multiple times then when i had started posting something on Facebook about my situation the worker had called someone who worked the front desk so about 15 minutes later she showed up and gave me story about working a double and had slipped away for a short nap I just wanted my roomkey to work so i could pack up

Room was clean, and well kept. Property/lobby could use some attention to detail. Dusty, some water spots on the ceiling. The doors keep out little noise. I had loud teens running up and down the hallways until fairly late.

The room was clean, that was the only good thing. The television didn’t work, there was no running water to take a shower and the phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call the desk. I went to the desk at 9 & 10 pm to talk to someone but there no one there snd no way to contact anyone. The next morning I tried to explain to a hotel worker what had happened and he said that there is always someone at the desk and became very rude so I just left. I will never use your site again

Overall stay had some issues, elevators weren’t working properly, very unsettling doors not shutting and felt like they need maintenance, had to take stairs. The shower soap shelf was broke offf the wall and not reattached. The water at this hotel has issues and doesn’t stay hot. Not good when u can’t even expect a decent shower
