There was no one at the front desk when we arrived to checkin
The parking lot is littered with debris
When I had woke up the next day to move my rental closer I had to go to the front desk because my roomcard had been deactivated
Once that was settled I had told the lady that we were staying until Monday checkout so I needed my keycard to not have this issue they had told me it was due to a power outage
So Sunday we had went to a few family members houses and returned to the hotel around 1 am
We went to our room and our roomcards were not working again i had tried both of them several times but same result so i went to the front desk and no one was there so i called the front desk no answer i waited 30 minutes and no one showed up at the front desk I had called again same thing so i waited 15 minutes and repeated it with the same results fortunately my mother in law lived close because we ended sleeping there and i had to get up and go back to the hotel i figured when someone would be at the front desk there were workers setting up the when I asked was working the front desk they pretended that they didn't speak English so I sat next to the front desk and called multiple times then when i had started posting something on Facebook about my situation the worker had called someone who worked the front desk so about 15 minutes later she showed up and gave me story about working a double and had slipped away for a short nap
I just wanted my roomkey to work so i could pack up
