Check in guy was great on 5/2. Check out guy on 5/3 was not/grouchy.
The bed was comfy, rooms need to be updated and gotten rid of pop corn ceiling and more sound proof. Could hear neighbors all night. The staff at check in were great and friendly! The lobby area was nice and cozy. Hot cofee early in the morning checked out around 4am. Liked that the sidewalks were kept free of ice and snow. The bathroom in our room still had some hair in in not wiped out, the floor by the bed had toenails left and not vaccumed up. Not enough regular cofee pods in the room. Other then that is was a good stay, for the short 3 hours of sleep before heading to airport. Not being able to receive a military discount due to an even for cheerleading event was not available. Not pleased with that. The friendly and quick service provided up front was great. Check in easy and checkout painless and quick. Thank you.
Staff was very nice. Room was not very clean. Hair in the shower and communal bath products were unappealing.

We stopped through Indianapolis on our way home to Ohio. The lobby is beautiful and the staff were friendly. The bed was great and the shower was hot and good pressure. The room seemed a bit small for two adults and all our stuff, but it was fine. I wish it had breakfast included, but there is a bistro where you can get breakfast. Clean and comfortable.
This hotel was a very nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. It had a very convenient food and drink bar in the lobby and 24/7 Starbucks. It was very convenient to the airport. My only complaint is that there is really nothing close by to do unless you want to drive a ways. Other than that, it was a great experience!
It was a nice hotel. It wasn't to far from everything. I went to Indinaopolis for a convention downtown, and it was much closer than I expected. I hotel was nice and clean. The only issue would say I had was the room service lady came and knocked and opened my door super early for house cleaning.
Located about 10 minute drive from the international airport was what I wanted, and there was a free shuttle bus from the hotel, I'm told, if I hadn't rented a car. You paid for breakfast, but could get just about anything you wanted there, and snacks, drink (including bottled beer) could be gotten any time at the front desk. My only problems were, I never received my wake up call one day, and another day, fairly early in the morning, the maid was knocking on the door and trying to use her pass key, eventhough I had a do not disturb card on the door. There was nothing around the hotel within walking distance, except other hotels, but other than that the price was right, and I was able to drive easily and quickly on major roadways to where I had to go in Indianapolis.
We had a nice stay here. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. After calling a few times for an early check-in, we finally just decided to show up at the hotel. We were able to check into our room and get changed for the wedding.
