It is VERY positive to note that having the HVAC on the opposite side of the room from the bed it GREAT! NO direct breeze or AC on the bed is some all hotel franchises should do!

I only stayed two hours due to the smell (cigarette smoke). I asked for another room but they said they were full. Working to get a refund and cancelled my upcoming stay. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The location is good. There’s a restaurant inside but the Starbucks machine didn’t work, that was disappointing. Also the tv was so dark we couldn’t watch it. And then the cleaning staff Knocked on our door at 9am which was annoying too.

Booked this place because the pool and hot tub. Pool door didn’t work, had sign it was out of order to enter I believe through the courtyard aka outside entrance. The hot tub is non existent it’s closed. They had it covered boarded up with a sitting area over top of it. Room was fine for passing through but the cost didn’t reflect the amenities it claimed to have.

The staff were all very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. The food in the lobby bistro was unexpectedly very excellent. And it saved a few bucks taking their shuttle to the airport.

It started as I entered, handed my drivers license to the receptionist and proceeded to state, beauty is in the eye of the beholder…I know my drivers license picture is horrible but wow. Drove around back to enter by the room, emptied everything out of the vehicle and the keys don’t work. Loaded the vehicle back up and got new keys from another receptionist. We got to the room, which was clean and what we expected but the TV was on its last leg with most of the screen having only blue pigment. I tried to call multiple time but no one ever picked up so I gave up. I was planning on getting food in the morning but I never saw the Bistro open, came back mid day and still not open. Also on the second day we went to go swimming in the pool and the access door card reader was broken. Finally got in and the whirlpool was out of service and taped up with caution tape. Proceeded to join my daughter to go swimming and the pool was ice cold. We are lake swimmers so we are use to cold water temps but this was bad. We stayed maybe 5 minutes. We went to the race on Sunday came back packed up and checked out. The receptionist at checkout seemed disinterested and stated you’re checking out a day early? And never asked why or how was my stay. I switched my stay to his hotel because of the pool in case our races had got rained out but ended up paying more for a very subpar experience. Only stay here if you’re just looking for a clean bed.
