We stayed here for a business event and it was very nice and convenient.

Very nice hotel. Professional staff. Comfortable clean king size bed. Would have liked a more comfortable chair to set on.

My only problem was I could hear people in the room next to me. Otherwise loved this hotel. Great location, the staff was super helpful and fun.

My fiance' and I stayed here for a weekend in the central city. The location cannot be beat. Easily walkable to everywhere in downtown. The staff was incredible and seemed to answer our questions before we had a chance to ask them. Overall one of the best stays I have had in years and certainly top in Indianapolis.

Everyone was very helpful & friendly to us. Manager (Frank) helped us solve a problem that saved our weekend. The bar/cafe was a nice change from the ordinary with great staff, food & speciality drinks. The best location in downtown Indianapolis.

The room was amazing, and they hotel owns a espresso machine!!!! More hotels should give you a complementary espresso drink rather than drip coffee.

First off the hotel staff was absolutely top notch! They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. W were upgraded to an executive king room. The bed was amazing and so comfortable! The only down side was that it seemed as though the bathroom did not have any heat. Other than that, the hotel was stunning and warm and a wonderful European hotel!! We will be returning!!

I stayed at this hotel just passing through. I had no need to be in downtown Indianapolis, but I like having hotels with room service as I travel alone and don't always want to go out to a restaurant by myself or just get fast food. Finding the hotel was very hard. My GPS kept saying I had arrived but there was no visible sign, then once I did find it I had to pay $30 to park in a parking garage that was four blocks away. At least it wasn't cold or snowing when I walked there. The hotel offered no parking voucher or discounts to guests. The check-in was smooth and the lobby decor was classy and contemporary, as was the room. I ordered room service first thing. The room service representative told me that the rooms had an old menu so she had to list out everything they had, which was fine because I ended up liking those choices better anyways. I had a delicious roasted chicken that included white and dark meat. It was fall-off-the-bone good. It came with asparagus and mashed red potatoes. I also ordered a charcuterie board and a chocolate pot de crème. I was a little sad that the menu had pictures of macarons as it was a French hotel, but the didn't have any. Overall the food was delicious. I took a nice hot shower and went to bed. I woke up all throughout the night unfortunately because the bed was super hard. It was almost as hard as the tradition hotel beds in Asia, which are made to make you feel like you are sleeping on the floor. I was so bummed as I was driving across the country and wanted a soft warm bed and a good nights sleep. Overall the experience was good besides the bed and parking. I would probably still do it again just for that chicken. Also, the room had an Illy espresso machine which also helped redeem itself after the bad bed.

Great location to great bars, restarunts & entertainment. VERY clean upscale rooms & overly friendly staff. The only surprise was the valet parking of $37, we are from a small town not use to the high parking fees so when in a big city lol. AND from my understadong at least we didn't have to park in a ramp & cart bags 2 blocks which would have been the other Hotel option had we stayed there ao glad we didnt. Overall I would stay here again very nice for $.

If the capacity of a room is 4, then why is there only access to wireless devices two? It simply makes no sense. It Does not cost the hotel anymore money and who doesn't have multiple devices? Just a means to make more at cost of your guest.

We stayed as the hotel was just opening, though they were still working out some of the kinks it was still a nice stay. The restaurant has a small menu with specialty cocktails, nice for a few drinks and appetizers but I wouldn't recommend for a meal. The contemporary room was small but very nice and clean. Had a small issue with being charged a second time for the room, but when I called they apologized and said they'd have it fixed ASAP. Mistakes happen. Overall a great facility.

Good place to lay your head, yet I found that a Hampton Inn provides better complementary amenities for less per night.

great central location to downtown shopping & restaurants; will stay here again in the furture

The downtown location was amazing and walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do. If you're looking for a new and more updated room, you may want to go elsewhere.

We will stay here again for any future Indy trips. It definitely eased the stress of our current trip. we were also only steps away from great food and entertainment! Thanks Canterbury!

The staff was exceptional from the beginning right up to the very end. THEY helped make our stay stand out as one we will compare others to.

Our windows were level with a roof and over looked a back alley. The room was a bit small and needed updating. Moreover, the AC broke in the middle of the night and the windows didn't open. On a plus note, you can't beat the location.

Although I shared a room with an adult daughter, I could imagine staying at the hotel for a romantic weekend.

perfect for a couple's weekend

fabulous getaway for a fabulous gala :-)

okay stay for a night
