Slow elevators. Room did not get made up and we had to call for towels, which to their credit, were delivered promptly. Parking lot is a nightmare of confusion and exorbitantly expensive for a city the size of Indianapolis. Hotel is convenient and close to many good restaurants

Vending machines didn't work. Outlet in bedroom didn't work. Staff ignored me and took the guest behind me while I was in line. Supposed to have been upgraded, but wasn't. No trash bags in the room.

Waited over an hour for room. Missed half of event paid to see because had no place to store luggage during wait. Staff member gave some young girls $50 bar tab for their wait then gave us a bottle of water. Paid $30 for 2 drinks at bar. Outlets in room were loose and would not hold a plug. Very little water pressure in showerl

I liked it being walking distance from everything downtown

Rooms were awful. Beds were not queen size. Staff unfriendly. It was definitely not worth the money we spent 😡

We loved the location & the Starbucks in the lobby.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good views, Starbucks on site, warm pool,

Incompetent staff, incompetent management. Here’s what happened to me and my family and you’ll see why you’ll want to book a different hotel. 1. They gave me the wrong key to the wrong room. No big deal. Went back and they gave me a new key for a different room 2. Around midnight while sleeping in the room with my wife and kids, a guest tries to come in, but thankfully I used the door guard to lock the room. 3. Five minutes later, a big burley employee comes in and starts banging on the door and saying this room is supposed to be vacant essentially trying to evict us from the room. 4. After confirming that employee is not a gangster through the peephole, I’m essentially forced to go down to the lobby and show them my reservation. 5. I show them my orbitz reservation and they essentially accuse me of going to the wrong room. They say, they’ll overlook it and let us stay in the other room 6. The next morning I asked to talk to the manager, he apologized and gave me 3 free nights to stay at any other Hyatt hotel 7. To add insult to injury, I go to use the points a few months later and there are no points. I contact Hyatt and tell me they have no record. Stay away from this hotel. If you do stay here, make sure you use the door guard so their staff don’t walk into your hotel room in the middle of the night.

Very convenient access to Lucas oil stadium for the big ten championship!

Loved my stay here at the Hyatt. It is connected to the mall so very convenient for business travelers who don't want to roam around lost and confused. lol. Also, the food and bar on site is excellent. I hope to stay here on every Indy visit.

First room, full of dust and there was mold in shower. (1432) so we were moved to another location (514). The staff at the front was awesome the whole trip. The housekeeping staff seemed angry and upset. I heard 2 complaining all the way across the hotel. The open floor plan makes sound travel. The rooms are clean, beds are not the most comfortable. Our comforter was so worn and thin that it was like sleeping with 3 sheets over us. Water pipes bursted as well causing some flooding for some guests and the evacuation we all received. This was our anniversary and we wanted the trip to be memorable. It was, just not the way we’d anticipated. The location is prime and there are inexpensive food options within, as well as connections to the mall.

Hotel is in a very convenient location. And the staff are really nice. I was less than impressed with how the rooms were serviced.

I was in Indianapolis for a major athletic event at University of Indiana. The hotel was located conveniently downtown, near restaurants, and a quick ride the natatorium. Everything about the hotel was excellent.

It was great! The people were great!! The rooms were very clean.

Great location. Most of the staff were genuine and accommodating. The young gentleman checking us in had a terrible cold. Now I have it! The young gentleman checking us out couldn’t make change and didn’t seem at all concerned to help us. (The young woman next to him had no problems helping us.)

It was too short. Excellent location. Staff all very professional.
