Very disappointed in my stay. There was no heat in my room. I slept in cold air for two nights. The staff gave us a space heater for our room that didn’t work. I paid pretty good money to stay downtown Indy and did not appreciate having to sleep in a cold room. I will be contacting corporate office.
Staff seemed uncomfortable with a mixed race gay couple (one being black) as did the surrounding area. The elevators are an absolute mess. Most not working and the ones that are, are in terrible condition. Do not recommend.
Great hotel. Lots of shopping and dining opportunities. Great staff.
The room bed only had sheets on it and it was literally FREEZING COLD in the room with ZERO control over the thermometer control.

We enjoyed our stay here. Just a one night family get away. The only drawbacks were that someone puked in the pool so they closed it down and drained it. They worked all night to get it ready for the next day so the kiddos were able to swim for at least a little bit. The beds were not very comfortable, but other than that everything was great! The staff is very friendly.
I didn’t like paying for parking. No room Service due to Covid.
Clean and well-kept property. The free breakfast offer was misleading and should be outlined better on the Hyatt website and Orbitz site as well. Starbucks regular coffee and 1 of two breakfast sandwiches was not worth the $40 extra dollars I paid. Very unhappy about that.
Amazing staff. Quick check in and check out, all looked neat. The hotel is following all CDC guidelines. I have to say that everybody was very attentive. They all ask about the why of our stay and recommended/suggested where to go and what to do. When leaving the valet even turn on out seat heaters. It might sound like nothing but to us is a great gesture.
The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. It was a nice hotel. The pool was not opened which we did not know ahead of time. The two rooms that I had on the same reservation were on different floors. Overall, it was a nice hotel.

I apologize you feel that way, but that is not true. We have employees that adhere to "We care for people so they can be their best". We care for all guests.
