Pleasant staff, free upgrade to Corner King room. great location in downtown Indianapolis.

our room had no hot water , and the maid told us they keep booking the room without fixing it , they didn't reimburse us because it was a third party booking

Easy to walk to many places of interest. Parking was easy too.

It was short and quick..everyone was friendly.. food service needs to last longer

Great time, Team didn't win but the time in Indy was great. Hotel was awesome.

Nice room although the shower was filthy and the manager didn't seemed concerned we were checking out so to him the Ptolemaic was solved

We stayed for our anniversary and went to Eagle's Nest for dinner. We were very pleased with the staff and room.

Called multiple times to modify reservation and was transferred to an automated system that took for ever.

This hotel is right where you need to be for anything you want to do in downtown Indianapolis. Really, it could not have been any better!

The hotel itself is lovely and the rooms are nice. There are a number of places to eat in the hotel lobby, which is convenient. A quick walk outside brings you to more places to eat and a mall is also very close by.

Everyone did a good job. Wished some of the hotel restaurants were open longer i.e. Starbucks, Subway. Especially when conventions are booking hotel.

Very comfortable and convenient--I would definitely stay again and again!

This was my first stay in Indianapolis and it was absolutely amazing. Great view, large rooms all together beautiful place. When I come back to Indianapolis I will be staying here again...

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. First time was excellent overall! This time, when we got in to the room, we noted that the bathroom sink was not draining. Called the front desk- explained that we needed to go out, but to please send someone up to fix the problem- not done when we returned 2-3 hours later. Went to bed around 10:00, turned thermostat down to 68 degrees- awoke around midnight to a room temperature of 80 degrees! Called the front desk- super polite young man named Kelly came up to check out the issue. Did some repairs to the thermostat, got AC going again. Within 10 minutes, unit shut off. Kelly came back- replaced the thermostat this time, mentioned he would have something for us at the front desk in the morning when we checked out for having to deal with this issue in the middle of the night. In the morning we discovered that the shower drain was also having a problem draining! Nothing was waiting for us at the front desk in the morning. And the gal at Checkout didn't seem to know who Kelly was. This trip was a disappointment.

Convenient location, cool and overall very good. Close to everything, good views.

Stayed one night in September for the NHRA race. The room was great, location was perfect dead in the middle of town. close to everything, (walking distance of the zoo and white river park), wish I would have known the mall was connected this was a pleasant surprise. only negative I found was parking is $22 dollars.

Very good location. Nice room. Would stay here again when in Indianapolis.
