The hotel itself is okay. The carpet our room was stained and sticky in a few areas, and our room (920) was right against the elevator shaft, so you could hear the elevators going up and down all day and all night. Very annoying. Additionally, the free parking is limited, and the ramp parking is $11 a night for hotel guests.

I did not like that there were large groups of guests inside the lobby not wearing masks. There is a sign outside of the building stating that masks are required upon entry, but that did not seem to be enforced. I was traveling cross-country, which is already risky, and I did not appreciate the additional risk of the other guests not having their mask wearing enforced. I also booked a King bed room, and at check-in was told that there were no more King rooms available and was instead given a room with two Queen beds. Additionally, although the shower was very high pressure, half of the water came out the bath faucet instead of the shower head.

Apparently they do not guarantee the room type, just that you have a room. Your bed choice is completely up to them. ‘It’s in the fine print’. Also, you have to call for help every time you want to leave the garage. The key readers don’t actually work.

Was charged twice for parking! Still havent recieved

Clean friendly shops and restaurants in walking distance

The walls in the room were so thin I could everything in the room Next

This hotel is very nice I have OCD so other hotels I stay in I was walk on the floor with my socks but this hotel I did I was just real nice

Super nice hotel, comfortable bed, nice shower with glass door, good coffee and restaurants close by. We didn’t check out the shopping center but there is one right next door and I believe it’s connected. Half hour from the casino/horse track, nice little getaway for the night or weekend.

Adequate parking (driving a large Uhaul truck). Covid safety attended to. Clean, comfortable room.

Property and room were clean and satisfactory. The air conditioning in the room could not maintain the temp setting during the day tho.

You just can't beat a stay at Sheraton at the Crossings. From your hotel you can walk to upscale shopping, several types of dining, as well as entertainment. If you don't feel like leaving the hotel, they have a wonderful indoor pool and other facilities waiting for you.

The hotel was up to COVID standards making us feel very safe. They have developed ways for guests to still get some amenities including room service.

Very friendly staff. Room was a great value. Very clean.
