The room was excellent. The mattress and pillows were awesome. Great access to the mall. The restaurant was terrible. The carpet was dirty and the table was worn so much that the finish was gone in places. We were one of two customers and the server got our order wrong. The food was bad, and the cook and the server had an argument right in front of us in the dining room.

Pool was open late so we could take a dip before getting ready for bed- super relaxing way to end after a day of travel.

The room felt like it wasn't thoughly clean everytime a closet or drawer was opened there was food or garbage not picked up by housekeeping. Toiletries were provided but ran out or again housekeeping did not refill shampoo or hair conditioner or body wash soap in tub area. Also my son was taking a shower and tub water never went down almost had a disaster flood because he didnt say anything until he finished.Called front desk and someone showed up within minutes and unclogged it.

We love this hotel for visits to the Keystone area. Our room was like new, great bed, large TV generally well appointed. Nice to walk through to the Fashion Mall and to the parking garage.
