Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing

Nice hotel, staff very friendly. Seemed like a good location. The only complaint is the pool was freezing, not sure what that was about!

The staff was great. I had an emergency and had to leave early and they were very easy to work with on an early check out. Then I forgot my iPad and they had it for me when I called and worked to ship it back to me. I have stayed here several times, and have always had a great experience.

Overall stay was good. They stuck us (4 people) in a 2 dbl bed room. Beds are two small. My daughter slept in a chair the 3 nights.

My room was not very clean at all. Sheets were not changed even though I wanted them changed.

The hotel is fairly nice with clean rooms, nice staff and spacious rooms. The cons are that the walls are very thin and you can hear noise easily from upstairs (toilet business and flushing) and outside the door. Also, the manager would not budge on a price adjustment after I explained my situation as to why I would be entitled to a price adjustment. To me, that is very poor customer service and would make me hesitate staying at a Sheraton in the future.

Some things were a little old. For example the TV was not very clear and the tub seemed to get clogged but overall it was a nice and clean room.

This hotel was perfect for my week. Close to nice restaurants, shopping and the office i was at all week

Overall the room, the service and the experience was very good. However, upon our arrival to the room, my husband discovered a dirty pair of socks had been left behind by the previous occupant. This tells me the staff never cleaned that side of the room because the socks were in plain sight of the chair beside the bed. The valet was quite pleasant but was no where to be found when our family members came up to the curb to have the valet park their car.

We wanted a place near the Palladium, shopping, and dining. The Sheraton provided all of that at a reasonable price. The only thing that was not A1 was the breakfast. There were a lot of families on our floor and they pretty much wiped out the muffins early. The pastries were not very fresh. They served Starbucks which I know thirlls many. However, there are those of us who think it tastes too bitter (burnt tires?) and would like an option. The parking was free. Unless you dislike or are unable to walk 20-30 yards, you can forgo the valet parking fee. We would definitely stay here again.

Great 2nd floor leads to fashion mall Restaurants close by Nice lounge

Great Sheraton. I had to book with Orbitz to get a rate $30 below the best Sheraton could offer even after spending 20 min on the phone....

This Sheraton has a lot of potential and its got the structure to be a standout hotel in the Indianapolis area. Still leaves a lot to be desired though. The pool area is incredible if it was clean. The hotel room is just so so. The vent in my room was pretty disgusting to look at. And the room had ackward lighting and positioning of the restroom to the rest of the room. The club suite lounge room was nice however for all the guests to relax in and grab some snacks. Its also connected to the mall which is convenient. Its a decent place , but could be better

All staff members were great. Very helpful. The only issue we had was the air conditioning in the room did not work. Staff moved us to another room. Unfortunately the AC didn't work well in that room either. Oh well. The club floor not really worth the extra expense. It's ok but not up to par with other hotels.

$200 a night and no free WiFi, no fridge, bathroom very small and dull ( nice shower though). Just seemed over priced. The bed was comfortable and didn't use those silly square pillows that seemed to have taken over the hotel world recently!

Booked the hotel so grandchildren would have a place to swim. Pool was cold, hot tub was closed and water level was over their head at shallow end with no ladder to clime out of pool. Food was not good and overpriced. Everything else was good.

Tanya at the check in desk was wonderful. It's best to valet, the parking garage is a pain.

Nice Friendly Staff. Nice Pool too! I am staying at this Hotel if I'm the Indianapolis area again!!!!

My husband & I enjoyed the hotel very much and would use the location again when we visit Indianapolis. Our stay near the Fashion Mall, great restaurants and movie theaters made the overnight stop very relaxing and able to make the most of out time. THANKS for being apart of a great celebration

We recently stayed here for a weekend trip. If you are wanting to stay close to plenty of shopping and dining options, there's no better choice than this hotel. We found everything to be clean and well-kept. There are lots of common areas around the hotel, which are good for lounging around and hanging out. One slight downer was our bathroom was very tiny. Our check-in experience was messed up when we were given the wrong keys. But we were nicely compensated for the mistake with free breakfast the next day. Breakfast wouldn't have been worth the $13 usually changed for it, but when it's free you can't complaint about it.

We had a very nice evening at the Sheraton Keystone. The staff was very friendly and the room was comfrotable. Was ckose to shopping and convenient to the Fairgrounds.
