I know how to travel on a budget - this is NOT a budget hotel. It’s not even a motel. It was an embarrassment for multiple reasons and should be removed from Orbitz. I checked out early and stayed elsewhere it was so awful. I feel badly for the kind people working there.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Facilty was close to the highway n near the airport

The rooms are very nice. Was booked into 240 but the tv didnt work so was moved to 248. The young lady at the front desk appeared to be new took quite. Some time to get checked in and there was no customer service. She waa on the phone talking to what appeared to not be a business call. Once i recieved my key and got into my room the tv didnt work so i called down and let the phone ring at least 20 times with no answer so i walked down to the office to find her one again on her cell phone. She didnt know how to change my room and had to call someone which prolonged my evening once again. She was a very bad representation of a very nice hotel.

Extreme rude check in. Was snapped at by the clerk that “check in starts at 3 PM” when checking in at 10PM. Sorry that our 3 hour traffic delay through Chicago was an inconvenience, I guess. Nothing like sitting in a car for 7 hours (in what should have been a 4-ish hour trip) only to be chastised by a desk clerk on a power trip. The room we got reeked of decades old cigarette smoke. It lingers on everything. Transient weirdos hanging out smoking and drinking in the walkways at all hours of the night. Sketchy mess and would not really recommend staying here. Not expecting a 5-star experience but this place doesn’t feel safe and isn’t clean. Only stayed here because we had a dog and thought this would be easier than an Airbnb for one night. Not that I will have need to come through Indy again anytime soon, but would definitely never come back here.

Your front staff didn't know my family member was coming to the hotel. I try to confirm with front staff and didn't what I was talking about! Your hotel employees' need to be re-training on how working front desk because wasn't professional at all!!

Stayed for 2 nights. No one came in next day to clean or refill the toiletries. But great stay.

We had a king room, it was clean, spacious, had a desk, lots of pillows. Easy check in, nice desk clerk! No complaints

I was coming to Indy for a day and I wanted to get a cheap room and hotel that didn't require a hefty price tag for the night or a large deposit. They didn't have a deposit and it was only $80! Amber and Kim helped me a lot with my stay! They were very courteous and upfront with me about everything. The room we had was a newly renovated room and it had everything we needed. Don't be scared by other reviews, I actually stayed here and would do it again.

It was perfect for my stay as I was traveling for my company.

The room was decent enough. It was clean. However the amenities were minimal. No dryer, no bible, no documentation on things near by.

Very wonderful staff. Rooms are clean and cozy.Drug dealers try to linger around but are taken care of by security.

Very happy with the remodel and improvements upon my arrival to this location. Thankful for the absence of carpeting, and the cleanliness of the room !
