Charming and clean 3 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow located across the street from the University of Indianapolis campus. Ideal for UIndy events, downtown entertainment and conventions.

Located in a quiet neighborhood just south of downtown, with close proximity to Fountain Square, Garfield Park and Bates-Hendricks. Walking distance to the Uindy Red Line stop offering direct access to some of Indy's best neighborhoods. Close to I-65, offering a quick drive downtown or to shopping.

Our guests have told us they love the comfy, retro feel of the house. It's spacious and in a great location.

Guests have access to the entire house except for the basement and the garage.

Lots of free parking but just make sure to note that there is parking allowed only on one side of the street.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The vacation home also includes a coffee maker.

We needed a place just for one night, which was difficult since most require a 2 night minimum. Graham and Kay's place offered just that! Not only was Graham responsive to communication, the place was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely booked at this house or any other of their properties.
