Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown

Bed sheets were not changed, stain (details not necessary) and wrinkles from previous user. Though we know hotel rooms are used by other people, never were subject to experiencing it so raw to date. Shocking. And more shocking was how the staff handled. They casually noted "room service will attend to it". Seems like it happened before. Super pricey, but understandable as some convention was going on. Dynamic pricing is not the concern, but clean, fresh bed sheets is still a basic expectation.

Very convient location downtown. I was able to leave my car in the parking garage and walk to where I needed to be for an important meeting in a matter of mins.

Check in was smooth and friendly, I asked for a high floor and got the top floor with a great view. When I discovered there was no refrigerator in the room I asked the front desk and they gladly brought one.

The tub floor was slick with no tub mat and my wife almost fell.

Overall the room was nice. Housekeeping left some old food and spoiled chocolate milk in the fridge. Beds not very comfortable, but my biggest complaint is the lack of not knowing there is a fee of $32 each day to park. That might be important information when your booking, especially when you use a travel engine like Orbitz.

Great time! Convenient location to the stadium to watch the B1G Championship game!

Nice hotel close to many attractions in downtown Indy

Great location and walking distance to major attractions such as White River State Park, Lucas Oil Stadium, and plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfectly suited for a trade event nearby. I find myself preferring to stay not on site but a bit away from the maddening crowd. I was very pleased with this property. Staff was gracious and there were no surprises.

Small room, noisy bed but comfortable. Breakfast included but not very good. Parking $25 per day. Location is the only thing that somewhat justifies the price.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott was fast nice and easy to get. We were heading home at night and decided to stop for the night. Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott night manager was very efficient and very nice. Had a room in a few minutes. The manager explained what was still available and what we can order for the morning if we wanted to have breakfast or we could order a take out breakfast if we were leaving earlier. Nice to do business with.

Mod decor w/a youngish vibe. Perfect for couples or families w/o young children. Very clean. Helpful and friendly staff!

Was very happy with the hotel and closeness to the convention center.

The room had a great location. the first room i checked in had a Tick looking bug. I immediately asked for another room. My second room was ok. The breakfast was pretty good.

For the price, it's a great place to stay with all the extras you'd expect in a more expensive hotel.

Great staff. They were able to accurately give us walking directions to Buca di Beppo and Lucas Oil stadium under a canopy so that we didnt get soaked in the pouring rain.

The hotel has easy parking and is in walking distance to the places I needed to go during my stay.

We were greeted by professional staff . We were shown local attractions and how to get to them via the map . Because we are tourist we needed to know how to find the sights.

Thank you for filling out a review on our hotel! We are happy you enjoyed yourself during the Monumental Marathon. A trick about our rooms- the king rooms have showers and the double bed rooms have tubs. Thank you for the feedback on our housekeeping. Please stay again whenever you're in town!
