With four separate levels, everyone in your group will have the space to spread out in privacy and comfort. Easily sleeping up to 12 guests with pulldown queen-sized Murphy beds if needed for added flexibility.



The Space:

This beautiful, brand new luxury townhome is in the perfect downtown Indy location. With stunning decor and living spaces stretched across multiple levels, enjoy a four-bedroom retreat while you experience all that Indianapolis has to offer.



• 1st floor has queen-over-queen bunks (w/ Golden Tee game) + a full bath and access to the private 2-car garage (w/ ping pong).

• 2nd floor includes a stocked chef's kitchen and generous-sized living room (with queen murphy bed) plus a 1/2 bath.

• 3rd level includes primary master bedroom and ensuite bath + an additional bedroom + full bath + laundry.

• 4th floor has workspace + bar + queen murphy bed + deck.



There is also a private 2-car garage with a ping pong table for your use. Please park in your garage or in front of it. If you need more parking, there is also street parking easily available.
