Dedicated rental - right in the heart of it all! Just off of Mass Ave, this 4-level townhome has PLENTY of space! Entry offers Q over Q bunk (w/ Golden Tee game) + a full bath and access to the 2-car garage (with ping pong table). Level 2 includes a fully stocked gourmet kitchen and generous-sized living room (with queen murphy bed) plus a 1/2 bath. 3rd level includes primary bed with ensuite bath + 3rd bedroom + full bath + laundry. 4th floor has workspace + bar + queen murphy bed + deck
The Space:
This is a new townhome - brand-new high-end construction. Entry floor contains a full bath and a bedroom with a queen over queen bunkbed.
Second floor contains a comfortable sized living room and gourmet kitchen - there is a murphy bed on this floor - queen size - it does not offer privacy (as it is in between the kitchen and the living room) but it is quite comfortable. There is also a half bath on this floor.
Third floor contains a laundry room and two bedrooms, each with ensuite full bathrooms. One of the rooms has a King size bed and the other a Queen.
The fourth floor is treated as our fourth bedroom as it does offer privacy (as its the only thing on the fourth floor) other than access to the rooftop deck. The bed is a queen size murphy bed. There is also a half bath on this floor.
There is also a 2-car garage with a ping pong table. Parking is limited in the development, so it is possible to parallel park and block your own garage, but no other parking is allowed (other than in your garage and blocking your garage). There is street parking available.
