The property was very clean and spacious. We loved the location as it was walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Lots of restaurants to walk to as well. Our unit had an issue with the AC & we were without it for about 24 hours. Our hosts responded quickly to this issue & took care of the situation. They gave us some money back without us having to ask which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend and we plan to return in the future for our next Fever game!

We loved our stay!!!

This property is clean, quiet (besides downtown traffic), and convenient to all nightlife and restaurants. Free parking was also a plus. I chose this property because it was walking distance to my corporate headquarters and that’s why I came into town. I very much enjoyed my stay. I will say as other customers stated that the check in process was difficult, I didn’t think so and I had two toddlers with me by myself. The pictures direct you to exactly where you have to go and there is nothing difficult about it. Also some stated the apartment wasn’t big. I thought the apartment was plenty spacious. My children had plenty of room to play. The set up of the apartment is nice for couples traveling due to the rooms being separated by a common area. The pool area is nice, but geared more towards adults and sun bathing which was fine. I will be a repeat customer everytime I travel for work which is a few times a year. I am very happy I found this gem.

Wonderful Experience!

We were in town for the B1G Basketball Tournament, and we were so pleased to find we were right down the street from the venue! The location was close to many great restaurants (Yolk and Agave&Rye to name a couple). It was clean and modern with plenty of space. We enjoyed the balcony and appreciated that parking was included. We will definitely book here again when we return to Indy!

Overnight stay

We were in town for only one night and this place was great. Enough room for myself and three kids and close enough to everything downtown you can walk. The most difficult part was “checking in” upon arrival as it’s automated but that could have been a combo of me and it being dark when we arrived. I needed some help and my questions were answered within a minute or two and I even received a phone call to walk me through the process which was awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! We were in town to watch a WNBA game and couldn’t ask for a better spot. We could see Gainbridge from our balcony! The place was very clean and comfortable! This is the second time we have stayed at this location.

Clean and Comfortable

Pros - Location, Clean, Comfortable, Good Communication via text and email Cons - The apartment complex is huge. More signs or instructions explaining how to find the right building could be helpful, not having a person on-site to contact - all communication is done through text or email which means somewhat of a delayed response. However, my inquiries were responded to within 10 to 15 minutes.

Big ten title game

Awesome location. Had 5 guys in the space and it was plenty big. Check in was easy with step by step instructions and photos to help. We were right in the middle of everything downtown. Would highly recommend.

Horrible experience. The directions provided closed out after you finish the check in process. The directions given were out of order, you are supposed to park (almost 80 dollars for two days) then try to find the keys. Once you get the keys the directions then notify you there’s a parking card on there, which is obviously unhelpful after the fact. Walked around for almost an hour before calling the emergency line because we could not find the place. The person at vrbo has is walking around even more. Literally walked around for an hour and a half with all of our luggage and a four year old before getting in touch with someone who actually knew how to get there. I asked for at minimum a refund of the parking charge when in reality I think the whole thing should be refunded it was so atrocious but that request wasn’t even acknowledged. Extremely disappointed especially with the cost.
