It was a great location, close to lots of activities and easy access to the convention center.

I found the staff helpful and room service replaced towels each day.

Enjoyed the staff's friendly attitudes. Also liked this great location for my business travels. Would enjoy staying there again of

This hotel was perfect for our stay centrally located, clean, with friendly staff. We were walking distance from restaurants, and right across the street from the NCAA headquarters and Lucas Oil football stadium. Convenient shuttles and Uber service was available to and from the raceway venue.

The hotel was very nice. Valet was pretty expensive ($29) and so was the wine at the front desk...but other than that a great value for our money. This hotel is very close to the convention center, museum and zoo. It's a short walk to the Pacers stadium and connected to the JW marriot and another hotel.

The room itself was very nice roomy, clean and well-maintained. My only reservation with the room itself was the channel listing card said the room had HBO and HBO2 when the actual TV stations on those numbers were The Golf Channel and CNN. The front office staff were a bit different. I inquired with one woman if there was a CVS or Walgreen's nearby -- she replied that the closest one was about 20 blocks away. I later found a CVS 7or 8 blocks away on Illinois Street. I had three different calls in two days about my reservation and credit card number even though I'd given them my card when I arrived. One another time I mentioned that my toilet kept making a dripping sound, he asked me if I wanted it fixed (I resisted an urge to say I was just making conversation.)

clean, nice staff , great location for my event. wish I didn't have to pay for parking on top of hotel fee but otherwise nice place to stay.

I was in town for a conference. I was unable to check in early because the hotel was full the night before. But they allowed me to leave my bag with them so I could over to the conference. They also held my bag after check out. The staff was very friendly and always went out of their way to be helpful.

My family was visiting Indy for a music concert (my son's first - woot!). We pre-paid for the room through this site. The hotel was very well located, sitting in the middle of several museums, a beautiful park and the riverfront. We noticed some bikes for families at a little rental stand, which would have been fun to try. This hotel is one of many all clustered together by a series of walkways. Pay attention in the parking garage, which is color-coded by hotel. On arrival the staff was a little stuffy and the pool was closed for a cleaning and refilling (we stayed here instead of another hotel because of the pool). DIY parking is an additional twenty three dollars. Breakfast is not included. We went up to our double-queen bed room, which had my 7-year-old exclaiming about every detail - the beds were nice and squashy, there were piles of pillows, floor to ceiling windows with black-out curtains, modern furnishings, cool lighting. Everything seemed very clean - but don't walk around in your bare feet. The carpet felt kind of greasy and unclean, and there were some large stains near the door. We called the front desk and ordered a cab, which arrived very quickly, and went to Mass Ave, a really cool stretch of shops and restaurants near our concert venue. Do yourself a favor and visit Bru Burger Bar on Mass and Alabama. Absolutely delicious! Super friendly staff, large patio and imaginative menu offerings. The onion rings were amazing. The waitress custom-made a cherry lemonade for my son, and I think it was the best thing he's ever tasted (: Concert was phenomenal, we had a cool cabby who spoke 3 languages and safely delivered us back to the hotel. When we walked in to the lobby, we noticed the pool had filled back up, which gave my husband hope for a swim in the morning. We went up to our room and readied for bed. The pillows, while plentiful, were all of the same feathery consistency, and we didn't sleep very well. (Note to self: bring own pillows.) A variety of pillow choices would be a great addition. The black out curtains worked perfectly. We called the desk in the morning to confirm the pool was open, which it was. My husband headed down, but called us minutes later to say it was cold, and he wouldn't be staying long. My son and I headed down to meet him, but he was already drying off. Very disappointing. We thought we'd head for a Starbucks located in the hotel that we'd seen signs for, since the coffee in the room was nothing special. We walked...and walked...and walked until we came to a station set up on the second floor of their event center. The Starbucks was still not in sight, so we helped ourselves to some coffee and headed back to the room. Packing and checkout went smoothly. On the way home I got a text from my bank saying my balance was low. I went to check my balance only to find a hold placed on my account, by the hotel, for almost twice what I paid for the room. There was an expiration date for the hold, so I thought I'd ride it out. The next morning, I found I had been charged AGAIN for my pre-paid room. I called the hotel and was treated very warmly by the staffer who answered. She apologized and assured me she would refund the money in 3-5 business days. She said the hold, which had been placed on the card for incidentals, would fall off in another day or so. We'll be returning to Indy soon to visit the children's museum and the zoo. But we'll find another hotel.

My family and I were in Indy for Fourth of July Weekend. We went to the Indians baseball game and the Zoo ( two must do attractions while in Indy) the staff member Felica helped me correct a booking error that was made. The rooms were clean with a great view. My only complaint is that the pool is very small and only 4 feet deep so if you are looking to get an actual swim in this is not the place for you. On the plus side this hotel is connected to the JW and the connvention center and the mall so overall very convienent and We would stay again!

Hotel and staff were fantastic! There was always a hotel staff member present to assist if needed.

Great hotel, rooms are nice, very clean. Parking was easy in the garage. A little weird getting to and from the garage having to take multiple elevators. Was awesome to be able to walk through the convention center to get to the stadium, since it was in Feb. Will be coming back next year for sure.

Due to a medical emergency check other room three hours after we checked in. Hotel said to contact order for an adjustment. Please advise

This hotel provides a modern room with trendy furnishings. Very new and clean. The hotel is on the Southwest corner of downtown, very close to the canal with just about everything in walking distance. We took advantage of the TGIFriday's on the property (once we figured out to get to it via the parking garage) for drinks and a late dinner. Breakfast isn't included in the price (nor is parking), so we walked to a nearby restaurant, although there is a little bistro onside. While the prepaid price was an okay, we'd probably stay at one of the other options (Fairfield Inn or Springhill Suites) that includes breakfast.

This hotel had a great location for our weekend football getaway! Connected to the sky deck so we didn't have to walk in the cold to the stadium! Our room was very nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Staff was very accommodating and helpful with any questions.

The hotel is within walking distance of several sites. We walked along the canal (across the street) and walked to Circle Centre Mall (more than a few blocks). The valet and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We never waited more than 7 minutes for the valet to pull our car around. Our room included a king bed and a sitting area which is always nice. It also included a mini fridge which I wasn't expecting but is always useful. Call me Goldilocks but my only complaint is that the bed and pillows were way too soft. The edges of the bed are firm but then you sink into the bed with no support. It reminded me of a waterbed with the wooden box frame. The pillows are those fake down ones that are also super mushy. I'm a stickler about noise and although I heard neighbors on both sides of us cough a couple of times, it wasn't really disturbing. I can see if you were to get some noisey neighbors you might not be thrilled.

I traveled to Indy from Northern Indiana to see a couple baseball games at Victory Field. I lived in Indy for 4 years in college but never got to see a game there and have wanted to go since. I got my chance and was thrilled that the hotel was right next to the field—I watched the fireworks on Friday from my window. The room was great, clean, and comfy. It would have been perfect with a bathtub instead of a standup shower, but that's just because I was a little chilly and wanted to soak. The location was great for baseball, though it is a little outside the hot spots in downtown Indy. But easily accessible with a $5 cab and an easy walk. Café Patachou, which is a great restaurant with locally sourced food, is a couple blocks away. I would eat every meal there if I could. I worked at a Courtyard about 10 years ago and I like the upgrades they've made in terms of the color scheme—and I love the comforters!

Only took us a few minutes to drive to the Natatorium. This hotel is close to everything!

Had a lovely experience would recommend and return to the Courtyard Marriott.

This hotel was busy and there was only one person at the front desk with a line of people trying to check in and out. They should have the check out on the tv set in the rooms. The beds were hard and the pillows need replaced. The room was clean, except for the bathroom shower. The pool was way too chlorinated and dirty. One elevator didn't work on one of the days were were there. Had a much better stay at the JW Marriott next door.
