Everything was great except, I booked 3 rooms for my sales team and the internet did not work for anyone for two consecutive days. I called tech service both nights neither person could fix the issue. I would consider a different hotel next time we are there for business.

Very convient and close to everything downtown. All staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff is fabulous! Jared and Ryan went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Beth our waitress was also fabulous! That was our second time staying. Planning on staying again in the future.

Loved the staff they were very nice and so helpful with walking directions. Was able to walk to restaurants, great donut place and Pacers stadium! Self parking was so easy and very convenient- you do need to pay with cash. Room was very nice and clean. Wall Blow dryer went out and I mentioned it to housekeeper on way out. When we came back to room , a new blow dryer was already in room. We had a very nice stay.

The location is perfect, the staff were great, the food in the restaurant was tasty and the rooms were very clean. However, the overabundance of soft water that made showers feel very greasy. Also, it was difficult to control the temperature with the thermostat (was very warm). And I also found the wi-fi hard to long onto with my phone.

Location was great for all the downtown restaurants and shopping. Also for expressways to get around the outer city limits as well.

Overall, great experience. The staff was courteous and friendly. The location is great to walk to all the downtown amenities. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. The only complaint that I had was that the valet was not completely honest about my different parking options. I was told that parking was going to be $27 for my stay (2 nights) and then got the bill for $27 a night. I also learned of a couple of different parking options at the front desk after I had already valeted my car that were not told to be at the valet desk.

Stayed here for a conference. It's located at a stone's throw from the center. The center is beautiful with a roundabout, good restaurants within walking distance and a stone's throw from a beautiful episcopal church. Easy to take a cab back and forth from the airport. The only issue with the downtown area is that there are a lot of street beggars that sometimes employ untruthful methods to gain sympathy.

This hotel has a great location but then you get to the rooms. The rooms are very outdated definitely could use updating.

The Hilton garden is a great hotel. We went to a play at IRT and had dinner at St. Elmo's and could walk everywhere. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Great location. Good price. Building has character.

This hotel is right in monument circle. There are tons of attractions and restaurants right around every corner. Also in walking distance of Mass Ave. And the room was great! Very high ceilings, very clean, and very comfy. TV stations are lacking, but who is coughing up the money to stay downtown?

friendly staff, clean and awesome location. My y boyfriend and I stayed here for a wedding and absolutely loved the location.

The hotel is very nice and I had no real complaints.

Located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. Mall, river walk, resteraunts, bars all with in walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Valet parking was great, called from the room and when I got downstairs my car was there. Would highly recommend staying here when you visit Indianapolis.

I've stayed at several Hilton's around the world and I have to say that the Hilton Garden Inn in Indianapolis was by far the worst hotel I've ever experienced. All though the staff was pleasant, two out of the three elevators were broken and because of this it took a lot of time getting to and from the room. On top of the overly expensive rate they charged an additional parking fee of $25 a day which is rediculous considering the fee of the hotel. Also the house keeping did not arrive to my room to straighten up until 4 pm. This however could be because of the broken elevators. I am reconsidering my love of the Hilton Hotels in general because of this experience and I will look for other hotels next time I take a trip.

Nice hotel. Restaurant could have been a nicer with more selection for breakfast buffet. Room was nice buta bit small and outdated. Wonderful location near Monument Circle!!

Right in the middle of everything. Hotel with personality, old world charm.
