The front desk staff Ryan was very helpful, kind and had a great attitude! Valet parking gentleman were always very helpful, laughing with us and just made us feel welcome.

Location was great. I liked that they included a frig. I didn't like that there wasn't a safe in the room.
I had a great experience with the front desk staff. The only issue is the walls and windows lacked noise insulation. There was constant loud traffic noise from Pennsylvania Ave and around the Monument Circle. Also, we could hear every word of an argument taking place in the room next to ours.

Amazing location within walking distance to several nearby restaurants, shopping, & attractions including the monument & mall. Room was clean & comfortable. Staff was friendly & accommodating. Great stay!
The low cost security deposit is always appreciated, especially when someone wishes to travel with minimum cards on them.
Place is immaculate
There are three Hilton downtown Indianapolis. Very confusing on which one we we staying at (dropped off at wrong location & had to walk). Partying and festivals going on at monument right outside hotel until late into the night. Pool was in poor condition. Ice machine didn't work on our floor. When my son went down to the lobby late at night to get ice, he was chastised by the manager for now wearing a shirt! I guess everyone should wear a shirt when going to the swimming pool as well, since they have to pass the lobby to get there. The night receptionist was fantastic, but we were not impressed by the hotel.
The location was terrific!
Belive it or not the toilet paper holder was about 4 feet from the toilet. I have never seen anything like that. Lobby coffee dispensers were both empty. Otherwise is was a nice hotel
