Flights Review

Mar 14, 2020

I was very pleased! American Airlines, keep up the good work!

Jan 29, 2020

It was a good flight of very short duration. Crew were busy the whole time taking care of passengers with a smile on their faces. On top of that my connections were perfect.

Jan 20, 2020

American is forcing some passengers with rolling bags to check them planeside when their flights are full and they run out of space in the overhead bins. They are doing this free of charge. Those of us who checked our bags when we checked in for our flights had to pay to check them. So if you can, take your rolling suitcase through the airport with you and check it planeside to save yourself the checked-bag fee. It's absurd that airlines charge us to check a bag when that used to be included in the price of your ticket, anyway. This is one way around that fee.

Little heat. Cold inside.

Dec 28, 2019

Thank you. Great flight.

Dec 9, 2019

Got the very last seat in the tail by the window and was a bit cramped even though I am short. Not much leg room and the seat did not recline. Fortunately a short flight.

Good take off and landing

Jun 14, 2019

I left my Apple iPad when departing from Jacksonville IA. Security couldn’t find it before I had to board. Need to locate this item.

May 30, 2019

Traveling with spouse and we weren’t seated together for either flight. Not good!

Jan 27, 2019

We had a delay which hasn’t happened recently for me when flying with American. They staff was friendly and found us another plane within an hour. Very professionally handled.
