Feel like I got what I paid for
I liked that they took my carton in the valet
Handicap help. Very nice and accommodating.
Had a great flight in
I was not happy with the seating they changed my seats and me and my wife had to separate for the flight.
Very friendly and educated flight staffs , the best all over American Airlines
There was a $30 charge for baggage check through. Is that normal?
Wish seats were bigger! Hate being squished!
I'd suggest some relief for staff at desk on ground at CLT. They were rather short with passengers in several instances seemed to be overworked n stressed.
All connections worked out perfectly
