Rooms small & parking garage was hard to get to from street passed it up & no directions show traffic directions . Annoyed with garage the come to t desk only one employee was on phone had to wait 10 minutes before he got off phone & was in a hurry to change to get to event . Probably won’t come back

The Tru seems brand new and is well located for local sports and other activities. We stayed one night and were able to walk to our venue. The rooms are kitschy-spartan, with hooks on the wall instead of a closet and dresser (which was fine with us). The streaming TV service has lots of buffering, even when watching a local channel that’s located nearby. Breakfast was a little better than similar free hotel breakfasts. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. I would stay again.

Reservation was for 1 room 2 Queen beds. At check in room assigned was 1 king bed, no sofa. Extremely inconvienent for mother and adult son. Son slept on floor. For a cost of over $700 absolutley inexcusable.
