The property itself was really nice. It was clean, easily accessible, and close to where we needed to be. The only issue i had was that when we first arrived there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait approximately 15 to 20 minutes before someone finally appeared. However, the check-in was very fast & easy. Also, the breakfast was very good & well prepared. Overall i was very pleased with the property, other than the small hiccup with the check-in.

It was going well, easy parking it looked clean and a convenient area. The problem was when we went to bed I was woken up at 2am by an itch on my arm and then my leg. Turned on the lights and found a huge bed bug!!! I put it in a cup and took it down to the reception, he didn’t seem to be yo worried about the situation and I didn’t want to make a fuss about it because I was tired and had to get up at 5am and just wanted another room to get some sleep. Didn’t get an apology or nothing!

Our room was on the 2nd floor facing a busy street. The noise from the cars racing by in the middle of the night made it near impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. The room was fairly clean. But seemed as though the A/C unit was not working properly. Only one elevator was working and it was quite possibly the smallest elevator I’ve ever been in. Two people with luggage was a tight squeeze. Parking was available but the lot was difficult to navigate and spots were small. Our larger SUV was a nervous fit.

Property was easy walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and downtown restaurants, shopping.

Homeless people were hanging out a few blocks away at a transportation hub, an issue easily avoided by walking across the street. This was my only issue with the property. I was very pleased with the friendly service, and they were extremely accommodating by extended checkout to 1 p.m. so I could shower after my Indianapolis Monumental Marathon that morning.

Nice little hotel, clean and modern. My only complaints are the tiny, claustrophobic elevator and the a/c until was a little noisy. It was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was good.

Walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and downtown restaurants. Free parking was a big plus for us. Very nice breakfast buffet w eggs, bacon, biscuit & gravy, assortment of cold cereals and beverages. Room & bathroom were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again. Jasmine at front desk was knowledgeable with walking distances and directions.

You get what you pay for...... not much. Good location to sports venues

When we arrived, we were informed that there were no king rooms available (like we booked) because two maids quit. The staff member was sleeping when we went to check out- we seriously woke her up when we walked up. The hallway smelled like weed. There was hair between the sheets. The cable went out on the TV every 5 minutes.

Location is great and staff are really nice. It’s really remote during Covid so I was a little so if you like peace and quit it’s a good location.

ORBITZ booked me there but the hotel weren't accepting guess from day one I tried to contact Orbitz but no answer I held on the phone for hours
