It only has 1 tiny little elevator that fits 4 people with no bags or 2 with bags. Only 1 of the 3 ice machines worked at all, but only gave us maybe a dozen ice cubes the 2nd night. And breakfast service was slow. They were constantly out of everything and when they brought out a fresh pot of coffee there was only a few cups worth in the carafe. Beds were comfortable and rooms were nice enough

Our stay was great! We enjoyed the central location, within reasonable walking distance to restaurants, venues, shopping, sights. The room was comfortable and reasonably clean. The friendly staff, coffee and breakfast options exceeded our expectations.

My wife and i had gone to a concert and stayed here but when i pulled into the basement to park seeing as there was o ly 15 or 20 parking spots on upper level i instantly wanted a refund. Looked like a horror movie scene plastic on pipes leaking water everywhere. Smelled like urine and marijuana. Then when u get into the door to use stairs or elevator it looked like a storage unit from a hoarder. I will not ever go back nor recommend

Two miserable days
Everything was terrible. Our room was dirty when we arrived. Hair in the sink, stuff on the floor. A booger wiped on a lamp sgade. There is overflowing trash everywhere, pipes in the parking garage leaking with plastic around them. By the elevators there were boxes and old heating units. People knocked on our door throughout the night and at 8am the next morning they had construction workers right outside of our room on the inside using saws. The cleanliness was brought to the attention of the hotel staff and while we were out for the day all they did was go into our room and make the bed they didn't clean the toilet the sink vacuum or anything. I've been contacted hotels.com with my concerns to see if they could move me to another hotel unfortunately they were not able to and they personally called the hotel while I was standing in the lobby in the hotel staff just laughed at our concerns. Definitely will never stay with them ever again. The photos online are completely misleading.

We came here for a weekend getaway to see the Wallen concert. This was a great hotel. About a 15 minute walk to Lucas Oil, bars, and food places. The hotel was great! Our beds was very comfortable. The room was perfect for what we needed. We even brought our e-bikes and they let us keep them in our rooms. Breakfast was good and the hotel was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Do not stay here! There was no heat in the room. Maintenance looked at the unit and did nothing. The hallway was warmer and the unit was on 80 for over 4 hours. The hotel was sold out and we choose to leave in hopes that hotel.com will reimburse since we did not stay. The elevators did not work and there was construction supplies in the stairwells. Staff was polite but no managment on site.

Went for the night to go to Lucas oil stadium to see Morgan Wallen and was completely happy with our stay. Jacquline and Julie (I think) were super nice. Checked us in quickly and no issues with the room. I don’t usually sleep well in hotels but I got me some advil pm from their little store and slept great!

The property itself was really nice. It was clean, easily accessible, and close to where we needed to be. The only issue i had was that when we first arrived there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait approximately 15 to 20 minutes before someone finally appeared. However, the check-in was very fast & easy. Also, the breakfast was very good & well prepared. Overall i was very pleased with the property, other than the small hiccup with the check-in.
