Booked a room for my boss, advised it would be a late check in and arrived at 11pm and was given the last room on the property under the exhaust system and the walls were rattling the pictures hanging, didn't have another room so he left right after midnight because he couldn't sleep. Room was prepaid and insured, and hotel would only give him one night credit not both that were paid for. Room was $208 for one hour stay, argued on phone with hotel and Hotels.com for refund on both nights, but would not. As hotels, you know the rooms you should not be occupying not matter how much you might need that $208. After traveling all day there to deal with that and find a new hotel in the middle of the night, was a terrible inconvenience and very disappointed in both services.
