A very quiet location, away from downtown but within a 15 minute walk of many sites and restaurants.

Nice, comfortable stay. The staff was okay and the suite was comfortable. Breakfast was okay, towels were a bit cheap

Our stay at the Staybridge Suites in Indianapolis was fantastic! All of the staff members were exceptionally helpful, the room was a home away from home, the beds were great to sleep in, and the breakfast buffet was refreshing. While we were staying at the hotel, the hot tub was not functioning and we were disappointed. The woman at the front desk called the hotel next to ours and asked if we could use their pool/spa amenities (which was granted). Exceptional customer service!!!

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was great. Clean place. Awesome breakfast buffet. Short walk from downtown. I love the kitchenette in the room, made it easy to store leftovers from eating out! Pool was nice. The beds in the room we stayed in were Full size, not Queen size, so that would have been an issue if we'd had to share, but perfect for one individual. Parking price was reasonable $14 per day plus we had free wifi. We almost booked at a place that charged $30 parking per day, plus a fee for wi-fi! glad we chose this place instead!

The rooms were spectacular and was very spacious and comfy for our party. Walking distance was great to the convention center. Did not know until that day(Sunday) there was no shuttle but the weather was beautiful for a walk,

I wished the breakfast was up longer. Other than that, this has all that you really needed.

The rooms were clean but ours smelled like chlorine. Besides that we had a great stay. We walked back after midnight and it wasn't too far away. The location was really convenient. My husband went down to get breakfast and it hadn't been stocked but my friends went down a little earlier and they loved it. I would stay there again.

Average but over priced... Pay for parking? 14$ per car per day...thats crazy. We did pay the extra 30$ per car per day to park for the Colts game. Good place if you want to be close to Lucas but would probably stay downtown next time.

Nice room, layout and comfy beds. Quiet setting and close to down town

The location was excellent for the Colts game. The free breakfast buffet hot and delicious. It had a little convenience store in it to buy something to cook in our room in the full kitchen for dinner. But I sure wished it had a restaurant in the motel. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, family home theater room, and the weight room too! The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. We would stay there again!

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast attendant was very accommodating. Across the street from Lucas Oil stadium - perfect location. Would definitely stay there again.

Booked online @ $100/night. Unbelievable deal! The one bedroom suite with two double beds. Cant get any closer to Lucas field. The city is absolutly beautiful. We attended a concert at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse. My 66yo mom, 13 yo son and I walked back to the hotel safely @ 11 pm. The room was spacious. It had a stove top, microwave, full size fridge with freezer dishwasher, sink, and all the plates silverware and glasses for 4.I wouldnt depend too much on the shuttle. It did cost $5 plus tip to drive us to the field house. The zoo is close by(5min drive). Indianapolis Speedway is about a 10 min drive. The mall is great. The indoor pool and hot tub are both nice. Check in tues - thurs and enjoy a complimentary social. Some nights they grill out on their two gas grills, or other food choices. The breakfast is poor to say the least. They claim it is served till 10:30 am but when we got there at 10 there was nothing left and by 10:30 the lights were off and everything was gone. The next day we were there @ 9, no where really to sit, the food seemed microwaved, powdered eggs and sausage. Over all though, I would stay there every visit to this beautiful city. The staff was average, nothing above and beyond. Especially when it came to requesting the use of the shuttle and breakfast. The hotel itself is absolutly beautiful. Wireless worked fine, I would get booted every now and then but worked fine when I rebooted it. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows plus more in large closet for the pull out sofa in the front room. Plenty of towels, no need to take them to the pool as they have plenty available in the pool area. A nice home theatre system with dimming lights, big screen and very comfortable leather recliners near the lobby if you choose to watch a movie. Limited parking but parking is available at the hotel next to it that is part of the same family. I hope this helps with your decision. I will not stay anywhere else when Im in Indy

Fabulous experience!! Close to small pubs and right night to the stadium. Loved it!!

Stayed here for 2 nights during a swim meet. This is a very nice place to stay and only about 5 minute drive. They offer a social hour certain nights during the week where you can get snacks and drinks.

this was our second stay. They had one elevator out but it wasnt to long of a wait for it. The a/c wasnt as cold as i like and the breakfast was still powdered eggs and this time they didnt even have the belgum waffels at all! Great Motel horrible breakfast!

My stay at the hotel was excellent. It was very close to the downtown area. I was able to walk a few blocks to all the downtown eating and shopping locations. The room was very clean and the extras were great. The aminitites such as free internet, work out facilities and a nice pool were more than expected. This trip in comparison with some other personal trips was a step up. In my future trips, I will be looking for a Staybridge hotel in the area.

Very good

This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. It had it all: cleanliness, nice Hotel staff, and a great location for going to Lucas Stadium. The pool area and hot tub were in excellent shape. We had only one complaint, THE BREAKFAST!! It was absolutly HORRIBLE. The eggs are powdered eggs, the sausage and bacon was some kind of precooked version or something but they looked like they were undercooked. The bacon almost looked raw. The best thing they had was the coffe and cold cereal. Its so bad the next time we go there ( since we stayed in a kitchenett room) that we are going to bring our OWN breakfast food and cook in our room!

VERY GOOD
