Wonderful room directly across from the Pacers arena. There was construction happening in the street while we were there but they didn't start work until a reasonable time. Didn't notice it otherwise.

Alex at the valet desk is the best. I was frazzled and late for a meeting. I waited for an uber. He calmed me took care of my computer case. Etc. He also took care of my brother who came to get me for a big10 basketball game. Best customer service.. I asked for gluten free bread or muffin for breakfast. Got attitude from a younger woman. I had to order that at least a week or two before I arrived. GF is not a choice for me. I was surprised as this is 2025!!! Otherwise good service and breakfast. I left a generous tip every morning. The area immediately sround the hotel is safe. The valet guys help keep the trouble makers away. Two blocks over....and rest of downtown NOT safe. I had to take Uber back from meeting colleagues at the Conrad..

It was an amazing hotel right across from Gainbridge. We loved it and loved the area around it. Great restaurants and bars, very walkable. Workout room was top notch as well

Very Disappointed !!

Our view was the brick wall of another building. They charged me $50 for a late check out and an extra $52 for parking. I definitely will not stay in this facility again. We were there for the Big Ten Conference Championship games. Our granddaughter plays for Ohio State Buckeyes. Disappointed Howard McMahon

They did not have lotion in room and the windows and mirrors were dirty , everything else was clean and it is in perfect spot for anything in downtown. Never really interacted to much with staff besides to figure out how to get car. Really needs a new system for that, mostly if you pay with room. Parking is way over priced for someone paying to stay there, you think would get a discount . We travel a lot and there $58. Is most we ever paid for parking .
