We had a great first impression of the hotel. It looked clean, and quiet, despite being just off a major highway. The check in staff were friendly and attentive. However, housekeeping was a great disappointment. Despite loud conversation by the cleaning staff at 8:00 am in the hallways, our room was not serviced. We left at 8:30 am, and returned at close to 4:00 pm and the room was not made. Our towels were still wet from the morning, so we found a housekeeper (inexplicably still hanging around the hallway with a cart, talking with a coworker) for towels. It took an hour for her to get to us with clean towels. There was trash laying in the hallway for the entire three days of our stay. The tv was also disconnected, and it took some time to figure out where to reattach the cable. Breakfast was included, but it impossible to find a clean table. We made a note of all of these items at checkout. They were pleasant, and offered us a free cup of coffee. We declined and went to a nearby Waffle house.

Room was clean, but the telephone on the desk did not work. Overall bathroom size was small.

This is a hotel that gives you great convenience to the airport, free breakfast, an airport shuttle and big, comfortable rooms.

This was probably a nice hotel 5 years ago but furnishings were worn and the beds not comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous, but for the price, I would not stay here again.

We got there several hrs early and Daniel the front desk staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in. Our room was clean ready and comfortable. The location to the airport and downtown Indianapolis was great! Good experience!! Would recommend.

One night stay. very accommodating. very clean. Very attentive staff.

I stayed at Hyatt Place because I had an early morning flight. I was very happy with the hotel for the price and have already booked another stay. My king room was actually a clean, well-appointed suite with sofa, large flat screen TV, refrigerator, and kitchen sink. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean. The closet was small but fine for my one-night stay, and toiletries consisted only of soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but again, that was fine with me. Dining options are basic, but the food is tasty. Rather than offering a full-service restaurant, they have a small bar area in the lobby where you can get drinks and food from a menu of sandwiches, burgers, and salads. If you want to dine in your room, you call down to the front desk with your order, but you need to go down to the lobby to pick it up. What's nice is that you can order food 24/7. There's also a free breakfast beginning at 6:00 am that I didn't take advantage of. The busy front desk staff, who took care of everything from checking and checkouts to food orders, were very accommodating and professional.

The only thing missing was USB ports to charge my phone. Otherwise very clean, comfortable and courteous staff!

Low key hotel away from high traffic. Peaceful and quiet

My stay at the Hyatt Place was great! Nicely appointed, quiet, friendly, great location and nice breakfast. Would stay again!

My husband and I were in Indianapolis last minute and needed a place to stay. The Hyatt offered the best price comparable to other hotels in the city. Rooms were for the most part clean. We booked a king bed however were told two doubles were only available. The staff was nice and the complimentary breakfast the next day was really the best part of the experience. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay. I don't personally think it is worth the money because it is far from the city (but close to airport) and nothing too special about it. If you're in town for a night of two and need a last minute place, the Hyatt is not a bad option.

Checked in late(2:00am) asked & recieved a late checkout(2:00pm). Room was nice & clean, but a/c wouldn't work on cool, only fan. It was about 74 degrees, but it felt warmer than that. Couldn't change rooms b/c hotel was overbooked and no rooms avaliable. Overall experience was good, just wish the a/c worked better.

The Hyatt Place hotel is without a doubt one of the best inexpensive hotels I have ever stayed in! Great workout room, good continental breakfast and excellent broadband connectivity to get work done. They also have a panel on the side of the entertainment console that allows you to hook your tablet, phone or laptop to the tv to stream Netflix... clutch when it is raining outside!

Always enjoy staying at Hyatt Place. This location in Indianapolis is very convienient for visiting Eli Lilly. Only 10 minutes from the airport and across the street from a convenience store

Our room was the perfect size and layout for our family. The large room had a natural divider which allowed the kids to sleep in one half of the room on the pull out couch while we could enjoy TV on the king bed without disturbing them. The breakfast in the morning provided a great selection. Overall, we would be happy to stay at that or any other Hyatt Place Hotel.

The rooms are nice but tight for a family because the furniture is large and bulky.

There were dead bugs in my bathroom The bath tub had deep abraisions that had turned dark brown from previous repairs. The staff was extremely friendly from check in to check out.

The room was clean and roomy, the telivision was premium and the breakfast was delicious. The bed and bathroom were what you would expect. Clean and comfortable. But the friendly staff and breakfast make this a hotel I would recomend for the price!

My stay was wonderful. The staff was very nice and welcoming, the room was very clean and spacious, the location was perfect.
