Wish there had been an extra cover for the pullout bed, but overall very satisfied.

Very nice hotel. We just got room 213 which was in the back of the elevator. Every few seconds up and down. The bathtub could be updated a little. Very nice and accommodating hotel staff the whole stay. Gas station right in front of the hotel also.

Had a wonderful stay with my family in this hotel. Really enjoyed their late meals service - delicious food and speedy serving. Highly recommend it!

This experience was wonderful until it came to the "park n fly" portion. We waiting over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. 13 degrees outside, roads were terrible from the snow; however, that still seems like an overly long wait. We seen three Wyndham busses come around picking up passengers and flight crew and only one Hyatt van which was pulling out when we arrived to Zone 2. It was most likely full with flight crew. In my mind that doesn't make it better. In total it took two hours from landing to be picked up and delivered to hotel. Bus driver was very polite and nice; not his fault. Perhaps two buses are needed during peak times. I will stay at the Hyatt again but I will NOT use the park and fly portion and we could have paid for a cab or Uber and saved money as the park n fly was not more convenient.

Made could have done a better job. They left a empty pizza box in the room rather then throwing it away.

Upon check in I had to switch rooms, because the room provided was not clean... Tiolet was dirty...

Was simple to check-in. Rooms were as advertised and fine. Breakfast was good, but not on par with Hyatt Houses. Still a good and recommended hotel.

Work trip made easy and relaxing ! Close to Downtown shopping & restaurants ! Would stay again !

Love staff. Lovely breakfast. Lovely room. Great choices for dinner near the hotel.

We had a great first impression of the hotel. It looked clean, and quiet, despite being just off a major highway. The check in staff were friendly and attentive. However, housekeeping was a great disappointment. Despite loud conversation by the cleaning staff at 8:00 am in the hallways, our room was not serviced. We left at 8:30 am, and returned at close to 4:00 pm and the room was not made. Our towels were still wet from the morning, so we found a housekeeper (inexplicably still hanging around the hallway with a cart, talking with a coworker) for towels. It took an hour for her to get to us with clean towels. There was trash laying in the hallway for the entire three days of our stay. The tv was also disconnected, and it took some time to figure out where to reattach the cable. Breakfast was included, but it impossible to find a clean table. We made a note of all of these items at checkout. They were pleasant, and offered us a free cup of coffee. We declined and went to a nearby Waffle house.

Room was clean, but the telephone on the desk did not work. Overall bathroom size was small.

This is a hotel that gives you great convenience to the airport, free breakfast, an airport shuttle and big, comfortable rooms.

This was probably a nice hotel 5 years ago but furnishings were worn and the beds not comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous, but for the price, I would not stay here again.

We got there several hrs early and Daniel the front desk staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in. Our room was clean ready and comfortable. The location to the airport and downtown Indianapolis was great! Good experience!! Would recommend.

One night stay. very accommodating. very clean. Very attentive staff.

I stayed at Hyatt Place because I had an early morning flight. I was very happy with the hotel for the price and have already booked another stay. My king room was actually a clean, well-appointed suite with sofa, large flat screen TV, refrigerator, and kitchen sink. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean. The closet was small but fine for my one-night stay, and toiletries consisted only of soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but again, that was fine with me. Dining options are basic, but the food is tasty. Rather than offering a full-service restaurant, they have a small bar area in the lobby where you can get drinks and food from a menu of sandwiches, burgers, and salads. If you want to dine in your room, you call down to the front desk with your order, but you need to go down to the lobby to pick it up. What's nice is that you can order food 24/7. There's also a free breakfast beginning at 6:00 am that I didn't take advantage of. The busy front desk staff, who took care of everything from checking and checkouts to food orders, were very accommodating and professional.

The only thing missing was USB ports to charge my phone. Otherwise very clean, comfortable and courteous staff!

Thank you for your feedback, and sorry to hear about the transportation inconvenience. I can assure you that your comments will be shared and addressed accordingly, as you are correct, in certain situations we should be putting our second van on the road to accommodate our guests. We hope to see you again should your travels bring you back to Indianapolis. Sincerely,
