Room was very clean and I received a free upgrade. Check in was very quick.

Chose this hotel for convenience to airport and the offer of an airport shuttle. Just needed a room for a very early morning flight out. For my needs, this hotel was adequate but the room cleanliness just wasn't good. I saw a toenail clipping on the floor by the bed, and the bathroom floor was sticky with something. Also the bottom of the bathtub was discolored, stained, or I don't know what? I placed a handtowel down in the tub to stand on while showering. The beds were ok.

My room had a strong odor, the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned and tge food they served for breakfast was old and stale

The internet would not work and needed it for work !!! I tried reaching the manager for two days , the manager never called me back!!!! I will never go again !!! I am s Wyndham member Earlinda Elder-Albritton

Tv reception was fuzzy. Beds wete very comfortable. Breakfast was cereal, biscuits &gravy, pancakes, and donuts. Breakfast was not very good

I will never stay at this hotel again. Room was nasty, dirty floors, dirty towels on rack, bed was uncomfortable. On top of that, I've never had a more rude and unpleasant experience with staff at the front desk. I have no idea how this place could get a 8/10, something is definitely up, avoid this place if you can.

Picked this property due to ratings and proximity to the Speedway. Check in was the quickest hotel check-in I've ever had. Staff was friendly too. Room was clean, comfortable and had what we needed. Breakfast was good and the auto pancake maker made some tasty pancakes. Would stay again here for sure.

I made the reservation because I had a late flight and didn't want to drive 75 miles to my destination. I entered the hotel to encounter a window in the foyer. I asked if this is where I checked in and the clerk just laughed at me. I thought perhaps this is where they handled their late arriving clients for security. He never told me to come inside. I just looked around and saw the other door and went in. He continued to laugh. I found him rude. I asked him where to park to be close to my room and he said anywhere. He gave me the spiel about breakfast at 6:00 and dismissed me. As for breakfast, the only healthy item available was yogurt. The rest was nothing but carbs. Two other guests complained about this when we were in the elevator. My room was across from the elevator and very close to the fitness room. It was noisy. I had to leave the A/C unit going all night to try to block the noise. I should have changed rooms but I was too tired to dress and repack. Also, I travel for business and never encountered a shower "turn on switch" like this one. I looked around and could not find anything. I called the front desk and got an abrupt "push up". Not seeing anything but the main spout, I pushed up and voila it came out the shower. Teach your people some customer service skills please!

The room is super clean and comfortable. The bed is very nice. The staff was very kind! We had a great stay.

The room (their smallest) was reasonably priced. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. However, in the middle of the night, second hand smoke entered the room. It lasted until we checked out. Smokers were outside every entrance every time we entered or left the building; so if you're smoke sensitive, be aware.

I was here a very short stay but the room, was clean, beds comfy, staff friendly, tv had good channels. Didn't have breakfast there so I can't comment on the continental breakfast. I'd stay there again.

Relatively close to the airport, right next to a hoppin' restaurant, easy access to gas stations to fill up your rental. Great staff, clean rooms and lobby. Everything you need in a hotel.

Construction, parties in rooms, industrial vacuum cleaners at all hours, staff doesn't care. Stay away.

This was my first stay at a Microtel and I was pleasantly surprised. Room was bigger than expected, and it was clean.

This hotel smelled like smoke through the entire hotel including the rooms. Awful! would never stay there again.

Fairly clean room, Smoke alarm was found to have a plastic grocery bag covering it. Probably was from previous guest who probably smoked in room. Beds were very uncomfortable. Property was in need of remodeling and updating.

We stayed here during the Indy MotoGP in August. The hotel was easy to find, close to the track and comfortable. Check-in was easy and staff was friendly. The room itself was comfortable, quiet and clean. I was perfectly happy with this place. The restaurant next door had decent food. I would stay her again without hesitation.

safe and fairly convenient location. The room had all of the standard amenities and was VERY clean. As far as inexpensive hotels go, you can't beat this one!

Ion arrival the front desk clerk was very nice and friendly Took care of all my needs and assisted me in every way . The room was clean ample and up to date except for the out dated tv. The breakfast was ok , you can't expect a gourmet meal but was adequate clean and convenient self served

The shuttle service to the airport is dependable for both drop-off and pick up; the restaurant next door has excellent food so one doesn't have to drive to another location for dinner. The only downside that I experienced is the lack of protein, except for peanut butter, and a variety of whole grain cereals and fresh fruit in the continental breakfast offerings

Chose this hotel for convenience to airport and the offer of an airport shuttle. Just needed a room for a very early morning flight out. terrible hotel and staff

clean and friendly

hotel close to airport

I made the reservation because I had a late flight and didn't want to drive 75 miles to my destination. I entered the hotel to encounter a window in the foyer.
