Honestly overall it was beyond poor. Staff were rude when asked anything , the luggage cart to bring in your belongings was broken. . .when getting to the room there was no signs available to place outside the door such as do not disturb , ect. The bathtub head was broken. The remote to the tv was broke as well it Also had no batteries in it. There were 2 burnt put lightbulbs in the lights in the room. . . We brought our own towels to shower with thank god because there was only one towel in the room. There was only one roll of tp for our 2.5 day stay and when we asked for another roll it waas like a hassle on them. There breakfast was not kept stalked and overall poor. You had a choice of 3 very tiny pancakes or Toast an apple or cereal (which the milk for was gone by 7am). Coffee was not kept up with either. The pool is locked and you have to go all the way to the front desk to ask them to unlock it each time. There was a lot of loud traffic through the hotel. The pools conditions were also poor and no towels in sight. The room across from me actually had the police come out mid day. Honestly for what i paid for 2 nights its insane and the 50$ deposit (which again i still have yet to get back. . . ) it was not worth it. Id say save your money and go elsewhere. . .

This hotel is not the Ritz, but I have stayed here several times. Its clean and the staff are very nice. Check in staff person was great (didnt catch his name). The price is right and the location is central. I give this hotel a solid three stars. Beds are comfortable and good TV. My tub drain was slow this time but things happen. I will definitely stay here again.

The people here are fairly quick and easy to work with if theres any issues , the place is aged so some places look dirty even when clean , but they do have cleaning crews in early and all day.

I thought it was a nice, quiet, and peaceful hotel that is reasonably priced. Not much to choose from for breakfast, but there are restaurants right down the street.

Good for the price

The breakfast was a joke for a continental, never enough available, 2 yogurts in the fridge, coffee runs out, mini muffins, pancakes ran out, disappointing. They could definitely use new pillows, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Would stay again but take something for a light breakfast.

The pictures on Expedia do not match the actual hotel at all. Our sheets had black ink on them, the floors left our feet black, and the fridge was dirty. The breakfast was a joke. There was no milk for cereal, apples, no coffee, and awful pancakes. The pool hours were different then posted on website as well. We had 2 families traveling together and requested connecting rooms. We called twice and it was confirmed both times we called by 2 separate employees. However, when we checked in we were informed that this hotel does not have connecting rooms at all. Both families ended up leaving a night early due to the cleanliness of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Not too bad but…

Got the wrong room and they accommodated pretty quickly, got the right room the next day but shouldnt have happened in the first place, was advertised to have a jacuzzi which it did not but I was over it by that point.
