Indianapolis stay

They had 4 people at the check in but only person could check me in but I had to wait 20 minutes while she was on the phone. I don’t know what the other workers were doing. The building is old. Most the gym equipment didn’t work and the fire extinguishers were missing. The pool was cold. They would not even give me waters after an 8 hour drive. The front clerk refused to check me in early. The breakfast was horrible and cold.

Property was under construction. Water temp and pressure was fluctuating. The door did not have a secondary lock and the door latch was not properly installed. There were no other rooms available but other guests had the same issues. Construction crew were volger and using constant profanity. This place was a disaster. I hope it improves after the construction

We couldn't check in till way after the designated time of 3:00. The bedding was uncomfortable. And when we finally did get to sleep, the noise of people running up and down the halls and screaming was ridiculous. The coffee maker in the room did not work. I will never stay here again

OVERALL 2 STARS

The pool was closed and that was the main reason , it was not nasty but they could clean the room more and wipe off the walls and get new chairs for the room because it’s terrible and spray air freshener in the room ! the breakfast is NASTY but CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT and VERY ACCOMMODATING !!!!

The gave away my parents and sister 2 double bed without any explanation. Luckily I also had a room booked and was able to switch with them. The hotel staff expected my parents and sister to somehow sleep in a queen bed. All they could say was “I’m so sorry”. Unacceptable.

Cute hotel.

It was ok. Under construction. They are remodeling. Staff was very nice. Elevator scared us. We was kind of scared to move since it rattled easy lol. Room was nice. Found it strange there was no table to play cards or eat at so we ate on the bed.

Decent hotel but under construction

I spent 3 nights here while the first floor was under construction. Overall the hotel was quiet and comfortable. There was a lot of road noise and I could see the highway from my room (301). The bed was comfortable and room was clean and smelled clean. The shower had good pressure and the towels were soft, full size shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion and a bar soap were provided. Because of the construction there was no daily buffet but they did offer grab and go breakfast. This included a yogurt, fruit, juice and milk, and a jimmy dean sausage, egg and cheese sandwich, so still a substantial and decent breakfast. The fitness room was fine but there was no water in the dispenser, and no ice machines on the third floor. I did not use the pool but there were plenty of towels and it seemed quite spacious.
