We were in Indianapolis to interview for Med school and this hotel was convenient for us.

arrived at the approximate check in time. (4 pm) Upon arrival was informed that there would be a 2 hour long wait as there was a convention in town that had occupied all the rooms. The staff seemed highly unorganized,

My first room was dirty. Beds had been slept in and not changed. Second room was freezing and had to shut off AC all together in order to equalize it all. The hotel was going through renovations which made it a little dirty. Lobby chunked with stuff, elevators had padding up to protect walls from movers. Not a great, let alone good experience at all.

The shower head was not adjustable at all and was hitting the wall.

a fee for everything, parking, breakfast; facilities were not great, elevators stink and the Wi-Fi is useless

Bathroom was dirty... "hair" all over walls, sink Was dirty with toothpaste in in. Talked to front desk after finding this and everyone was appalled but nothing was ever done! 2nd night same thing only housekeeping left a pleasant note looking for a gratuity and how it was a pleasure servicing my room!!! And they charged me 20.00/night to park in an unmanned lot behind their building

The only issue is there are some carpet stains and couch stains

Great stay, easy location. Would stay again. Breakfast is buffet, not order off menu, but worked for us.

We used two beds and a couch bed. The first day they came in to clean, they only made one bed. They did not replace our dirty towels. The parking fee was $20 per night. Public parking was two blocks away and charges $5 per

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was very friendly and the shuttle drivers were beyond amazing! The rooms were clean and we had a very affordable rate for downtown indy! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

I arrived at 10:30 pm and was told I'd have to wait for my room because there were no clean rooms available. I had to wait until almost 12:00 am to get a room. While I was waiting, multiple guests came to the front desk to complain about a variety of issues including (1) that workers were installing carpeting at 11 pm on the 6th floor (which is a very loud process) and (2) that the hotel had assigned a guest to a room that was already occupied (i.e. the guest opened the door to his room only to find someone else in the room). The person working the front desk apologized for my wait and told me the hotel would be comping my stay that night, but when I asked about my refund the next morning, the morning shift person told me that I would have to contact Orbitz about getting any refund and that the hotel would not initiate the process for me. The room seemed clean but the carpeting had large stains all over it. I'll be staying somewhere else next time.

Staff was real friendly, building and rooms were updated, and the area seemed to be safe. My only complaint would be that our bathroom could've been cleaned a little better.

Failed to mention the 50 dollar parking fee for 1 night.

Great bar, great breakfast, love the location! I loved that the Lucas Oil Stadium was right behind our hotel.

Trash in microwave and ice bucket. Bathroom floor needed mopped.

My stay in this hotel was great and the staff was very helpful. Mike gave me a lot of great advice on relocating to Indianapolis, referred a realtor that he knew and even invited me to his church. This was very kind and made my stay in Indy feel like home. Mandy was also very nice; giving me a warm smile every time I passed by the front desk. Great staff!

when we were finally able to pull in to the front drive after the front desk clerk got done making out with her boyfriend, the area inside was under construction. We were then notified of the $20 a day parking fee that was never mentioned and we did not budget for.. The rooms "seemed" clean . After the s fond night my 3 kids and I decided that go swimming around 10 am . We went to the pool and was told it would be closed till the afternoon it was being treated with chemicals. It was at that point we decided to end our 3 night stay

great stay room was clean staff as great wifi worked parking was easy

Impromptu trip to see the Jets play the Colts at Lucas Oil. The hotel was very close, a 5 minute walk to the main entrance. The staff was courteous and responsive, the room was very nice, and overall I was pleased with every aspect of my stay.

Great place but they surprise you with a $20 parking fee
